Does anybody know if the Deadpool rights are separate or are they tied to X-men? Someone is telling their separate.

not too much of a fan, but this made me giggle and happy so i will watch it in theaters but i want to see more or at least a real life footage of it

@flameboy298: deadpool was only an xman for a period in time and is mainly a solo act. I'd assume they're separate!

Made in 2012 they probably leaked on purpose to gauge public reaction probably..

Its test footage. Meaning even if a deadpool movie does happen it might not look like that. Numerous movies have had leaked test footage, like the test of Green goblin having his comic mask with the green hood in the original Spiderman 1 which as we all know was changed to the metal outfit.
