Poll DCU & MCU: Older Batman, Younger Spider-Man - which is better? (28 votes)

Older Batman 68%
Younger Spider-Man 32%

Which choice do you think is better for their respective universes? There's been a bit of concern on both sides, and rightfully so. On one hand you have Bruce far ahead of the other heroes, Spidey way behind. As initially asked, which will bode well or better for the future?

Better to be old man Batman, than Teenage Spidey. Old Man Batman has never been done in Live Action Before. Teenage Spidey is becoming redundant, but maybe the MCU can pull it off.

An older Batman is something novel, at least. The MCU's Spider-Man should have been in the 22-25 range, ideally.

Younger Spider-man is stupid and has been done. Older Spider-man would have been far better. Batman wins by default by actually being a creative idea.

I hate a younger spiderman. Might as well call him Spiderboy.

Older Batman.

The funny thing is... I didn't want those characters in either of those age ranges...

Out of the two options I prefer older Batman. I seen some of the casting choices for the new Spider-Man and they look like children....I guess I don't like it because it reminds me of how old I'm getting. Spider-Man use to be someone I could relate to, but not anymore :-/

We've already had 2 young Spider-mans, so this older Batman is something new at least

Both older. Andrew Garfields Spider-man was in high school. It seems like they want the next one to be in middle school :P. Just give me early 20's for Spidey.

Older bats is better. I prefer Peter when he's in his mid-twenties and a grizzled Batman is going to be badass!

I prefer a young Spidey and Batman has always had been in his late 30s/early 40s in my head canon, these ages suit both characters well though I guess it might get tedious after a while.
