DCAU: What if Lex Luthor/Brainiac had succeeded here

So, what would happen if Lex Luthor (/Brainiac) had succeeded in uploading his (/its) consciousness into the newly forged Amazo body (let's say, by skipping the evil monologue and just getting on with it)? Given how powerful the DCAU Amazo was, would anyone, from any universe, be capable of stopping Brainiac-Amazo (with Brainiac's far more extensive knowledge doubtless including comprehensive data on the physiologies of the most powerful entities in the Universe, he wouldn't need to scan anyone he'd come into contact with previously to gain access to their powers- he'd have all of the powers from the instant of the upload), and Lex's unrivalled levels of evil and ambition? If so, then who, and why?
