DC or Marvel

Which companies has the best superheroes and villians?

Kind of a matter of opinion really.

i think DC finds the way to challenge the heroes more with villians like the joker, Lex Luthor, zoom, Circe, Deathstroke.

for right now i'm on team DC.

Marvel has more big name heroes by a long shot.
DC has more big name villains....but that gap is smaller than the heroes gap.

Jeez another DC or Marvel thread? I feel like I see a couple every time I come on here

For me personally I like DC heroes and Marvel villains but it's all just opinion, I know a lot of people who would say the complete opposite

This thread gets made every day lol.

Anyway I feel like DC does cosmic stories better, while Marvel does street lebel better. Everything else is a wash.

Both have good heroes and villains.

Feelings about the current regimes aside, both have timelessly wonderful characters and neither really overshadows the other, with possible exception of Batman the character and the Marvel cinematic universe. Both of those seem to be thr two companies dominating movements at the moment.

Opinion. It's all opinion.

For example, I like that Marvel has such modern characters to it... but I don't like how it keeps repeating the plots time and time again.

I like DC's heroes best, like the kind of heroes they are, but I would have prefered the universe been kept as it was (maybe some cleaning up but no franchise-wide reboot).

But it's all opinion.

Marvel has the better, deeper variety of heroes and villains.

DC has the overall most well-known and recognizable heroes and villains.

IMO Marvel has better heroes and DC has better villains.

Personally I like DC more because I like their heroes and villains more than Marvel's.

I don't lean to one side. Both companies have many greats and not-so greats.

DC for me.
