It is really stupid to Trademark names especially if you're not a comicbook character. Hopefully Bruce gets a new female Robin named Rihanna.

I'm pretty sure the lots of Celebrities full names are trademarked, Micheal Jordan is a perfect example of when a name should be trademarked.

The difference here is that Robyn isn't the name most people associate with the brand 'Rihanna', even if it is her first name.

He was making a blanketed statement that wasn't true, there are plenty of reasons to trademark a name. As far as Rihanna goes, DC is being silly unless they think consumers are that stupid where they can't tell that a female fashion doesn't have anything to do with the Batman Family.

Ehh, Eminems been robbin since 2002 and Mr 2 quarter has gatman since 2005. This seems kind of silly though. I assume she wants to do a clothing line or somthing of the sort.
