There's the sequel titled "The Kingdom". Justice Society of America also had a story arc called Thy Kingdom Come that had Kingdom Come Superman join the Justice Society for awhile.
The kingdom has four great tie ins that make you care about the individual characters. My personal cannon is
Kingdom Come
TK-Ibn, Kid Flash, nightstar, and Offspring
Thy Kingdom Come Superman and The final issue of Thy Kingdom Come. The perfect example of how to expand one of the all time great stories without ruining it. Then again, I rate Kingdom come as one of the top five graphic novels of all time.
