You realize shenron then took all the negative energy that would destroy the cosmos and put it in a condensed ball and threw it at him right?
And? It still can't destroy a universe. It was explicated stated the energy would corrupt planet to planet and then 'destroy' the universe. That's not busting, that's wiping.
Yet him stuffing all his negative energy into a ball doesn't mean he wouldn't destroy the universe ? nor does it happen since Mr Popo said in the past the shadow dragon destroyed all the cosmos.
There's a lot more things than planets in the universe and busting them 1 by 1 by 1 isn't a universe buster.
And its still going off a STATEMENT.
Who cares lol
Furthermore, this whole idea of using " math" to making someone a buster is beyond old. You simply can't apply that to cosmic destruction. Just because person A can bust a planet and got whopped by person B, doesn't make person B a solar system buster. It doesn't even necessarily make them multi planet. If it takes 10 power to bust a planet, it takes 20 to bust two but a guy with 19 power is still going to destroy the guy with 10. But 19 is still less then 20.
And what does this got to do with this scene again ?
Cosmic objects simply have too much mass to use that type of logic. There's billions/trillions of galaxies in the universe (estimated). Billions/trillions of solar systems in each galaxy and so on and so forth.
So is DBZ logic, when they made City to moon level from King Piccolo to BOZ Piccolo, you're point ?
And we're going to anoint people "buster" levels based on statements and math? Come on. Akira Toriyama can't even be trusted to make a reliable statement half the time. He's admitted he's contradicted his own canon because he simply forget things he had said previously.
He never admitted that actually. Statements are fine as long as it doesn't have contradictions after and yes, when a guy get's interview tons of times years after, expect something to happen.
And that's not even taking into how bad GT was written. These beings are supposedly universal level but then get cut by glass and injured by buildings. Okay.
And Surfer get's beaten by yeteis, Thanos and the cops, Thanos get's own by small city punches, Eternity got angry and only destroyed a planet, Surfer owned by human, Superman pre crisis owned by karate kid and electric fence, i can go on forever bro, don't use inconsistencies, every series has them.
End of the day the best feats with have from DB is Beerus nuking a star and a statement that he could destroy a solar system. And aside from Whis, he's the strongest being we have from them. I don't understand why that isn't enough for most DB fans. Why do we have to anoint them higher than what they've actually done?
Why does it need to be enough ? statements are fine, you just want to downplay DBZ because they rely on statements a lot. Statements are used for a reason.
