Dante (Devil May Cry) Respect Thread!!!

Now I have been wanting to do this for a long time but unfortunately haven`t had the time to but now its time! The famous demon hunter who is always classified as being the best, now Dante is a very complicated character and it is simply because of the many versions that many mistake him to be when all in all he is the same with all of his weapons, powers and abilities. Dante is a half demon born of the Legendary Dark Knight Sparda and woman Eva, Sparda being a top-tier demon of great transcendence and of a royal bloodline even overpowered the demon Emperor and Prince of Darkness Mundus who ruled the Underworld for thousands of years with his sword triumphed over Mundus and his armies single-handedly, Sparda later down the line mysteriously disappears in which rumors and sources of speculation as well as theories have believed him to either be dead or trapped within the Underworld, Eva sadly is killed by a group of demons while fending for her children who happened to be Dante and Vergil both based on this traumatic and unforgettable experience become who they are by making a choice of different roads one to avenge his mother through the hunting of devils and the other to gain more power to be able to protect those he cares about now that the introduction is accounted for we can now pursue into the incredible character of Dante and his extraordinary as well as underrated abilities. I will not be discussing the alternative reality Dante from DmC as he is another character from another reality within the franchise.

Versions and the misconception

Now there are many versions of Dante and he is scaled based on the different eras of power that he experiences in regards to the equipment that he has however, the misconception is that Dante is separated by the versions when it is completely untrue and nonfactual. Dante carries all of his weapons, abilities and powers throughout the entire series he has all of his upgrades and equipment his abilities stem from the bandages that he has with his weapons in which he carries and bonds with the transformed soul as evidenced throughout the games, the reason why Quicksilver, Bangle of Time and etc is not featured in the modern games such as Devil May Cry 4 is because of gameplay mechanics which like PIS have an interference and the developers try to balance the games out to offer the player a more fun experience. Proof that attributes and contributes to this fact is the change in scenery within the games themselves, for example new demons are clearly displayed on Dante`s wall of trophies along with many different types of weapons and even a Scarecrow can be seen within the shop as shown in Devil May Cry 4.

This goes to show that Dante indeed keeps his shop in update with his recent upgrades and the design is evidence to that. I will be going step by step for Dante`s feats from the DMC 3 Manga towards the DMC 2 game and highlighting most if not all of his feats. Also another reason is that his abilities and weapons are attached or bonded with his soul which is a fact as shown throughout DMC 3 and DMC 4, the games were more so done in different time periods in which it doesn`t follow a linear order as it is chronological it begins with DMC 3 manga, DMC 3, DMC 1, DMC: The Animated Series, DMC 4, DMC 2 Novel and then finally DMC 2.

Devil May Cry Manga

The manga takes place 1 year before Devil May Cry 3 and it serves as a setup for the future events also its canon to the story as well.

This takes place during the manga in which Dante is battling a couple of demons and Dante is even shown to fall from a tower and then land into the hard concrete in which he plummeted from a great height and he gets right back at up like nothing happened this is before he awakened his Devil Trigger and he was steadily growing in power as well as understanding his abilities. Also Dante is shown to have been thrown into a massive crack of stone yet it does nothing to him and no major wound is found anywhere.

Alice who is one of the main characters within the manga with the empowering of Mad Hatters ancient dark magic becomes a new transformed demonic and vampric type being in which she attempts to drain Dante`s soul as well as blood but something impressive happens as Dante is able to repel the dark magic without moving a muscle, Alice becomes her regular self this shows that Dante indeed has a good resistance to magic and this occurred when Dante was at his youngest and he didn`t even discover his Devil Trigger yet.

Dante takes on one of the most powerful entities in the entire Devil May Cry universe and underrated as well in the form of a Seven Sin. The Seven Sins were demons or in particular fallen angels that were depowered and stripped of their power by Sparda himself in which he sealed them to the depths of the earth by taking away their names which held all of their power, Dante defeats the Seven Sin sloth in his human form without any kind of amp although he was evolving from the realization of his demonic blood and power, he is able to dodge as well as easily blitz Sloth in which he launches Rebellion at rapid speed.

Dante ignores a slash from Yamato within his confrontation with Vergil and he brushes it off as he is able to still grip Rebellion and continue firing bullets at Vergil, this is Dante before Devil May Cry 3 as well.

Devil May Cry 3

Dante`s power drastically and dramatically rises within this game or story-line as shown with his weaponry, abilities, Devil Trigger and etc. The following is Dante`s regeneration, Dante`s Devil Trigger is insane and top tier his wounds heal in a immeasurable amount of seconds preventing him from losing limbs and so on so forth. Also his durability is very impressive as well.

Dante`s impressive durability feats

Dante survives being cut by Yamato and impaled by his sword right after by his brother Vergil. 1:07-2:30

Survives being cut by Yamato, even when in a weakened state and is mostly drained of his battle with Vergil. This is a younger Dante too. 3:12

Survives Mundus` powerful and life threatening eye beams once again and is directly hit by Mundus`s summoned meteorites but once the next battle begins, he does not look worn out or severely damaged. 6:18-6:25

2:37 - 3:33

His face is still intact after being pummelled mercilessly by an angry Nero`s Devil Bringer which is able to crack stone and block Rebellion and he also survives being impaled directly in the chest by Rebellion once again and shrugs it off, he also removes Rebellion, showing no signs of pain or discomfort.

Shows no signs of pain when being impaled by several Hell Prides` scythes and just shrugs it off while removing the broken pieces. 1:42-2:13

Smiles and is annoyed due to being impaled by the demon Sid who violently impaled him with his own sword, and he violently removes rebellion from his chest without hesitation. 2:17-3:40

Survives Trish`s demonic lightning which was given to her by Mundus himself. He also survives as well as shrugs off being impaled by Force Edge. 2:14-3:05

Dante also has Chrono Heart which would help him in this fight.

Dante is able to grasp an artifact of great demonic magic which drains the soul of its essence however it grants the holder and wielder temporary power, Dante is able to resist it and doesn`t collapse or black out this is Dante at his youngest. Dante is impaled by his own sword Rebellion violently in the chest as well as heart by the demon Sid who becomes the godlike demon Abigail however this doesn`t phase Dante as he just laughs and removes the blade causing Patty to want to remove the sword but what she fails to realize was that Dante was only taking a nap intently and purposely, joking around as usual and he removes the sword with a smile, removing without hesitation feeling no pain or discomfort.

Dante`s powers, abilities and weaponry are massive in regards to an encompassing arsenal, in regards to his weapons he has many and has mastered many.

Dante relinquishes the soul of Nevan in which he masters a magically and electrically empowered guitar that summons bats.

Dante`s speed, reaction time, accuracy, reflexes and senses are really impressive as well.

Dante is hypersonic+ in overall speed and is above Mach 5.

4:45 - 5: 25 able to shoot multiple pool balls accurately into all of the demons and he does so with absolute ease he also battles with them at a very fast pace.

10:34 - 10:50, Dante reacts to an incoming missile and he hops onto the missile with no effort, and this is coming in at fast speeds.

At point 2:31, you can see Dante cut and react to an incoming missile also Dante wasn`t even really paying attention to it he just reacted to it like it was nothing.

At point 1:14 - 2:45, Dante in a short burst vanishes and fires accurately at the demon armor also this is Dante in human form, in Devil Trigger form he would be more than five times as fast.

At point 0:15 - 0:24, Dante easily and with great marksmanship fires multiple bullets to force Yamato into the Savior also this shows that Dante does not only have great speed and timing but he also has great accuracy.

Dante also has his Trickster Style which is pretty much even with Vergil`s Dark Slayer Style which Dante mastered and its even instantaneous in movement, its a form of teleportation, Dante has access to both styles also.

As you can see based on this introduction, Dante has a ton of feats and is a massive POWERHOUSE -literally. He is very underrated its quite the challenge more than expected to even place and structure all of his feats in a condensed method due to how many he has in correlation with his in game abilities which is why I decided to categorize them and keep them a bit minimized to a small degree on a fair level.

Dante`s weapons

Now in every game Dante is shown to have an accessibility of many kinds in regards to his weaponry, now Dante has one of the biggest arsenals ever when including all of his canon material.

Ebony and Ivory are Dante`s trademark guns in which they have unlimited ammo and even channel Dante`s demonic energy which contains magical extensions as well. What makes them more impressive is the simple fact that they were made and customized as well as crafted by Dante himself showing how creative as well as resourceful he truly is within the depths of his creativity.

Dante`s Devil Trigger and other forms

Now what Dante is also famous for is his absolute demon forms which triple his overall power throughout the games what makes these transformations special is the fact that they can prevent, counter and guard Dante against many types of things such as being entangled, hypnotized, soul drained, life force drained, frozen, burnt, and a multitude of other things. When in these forms Dante gets a massive boost of strength and every other aspect as his healing factor also increases he is extremely durable when in these forms also.

Dante`s most powerful form and Devil Trigger transformation is the Majin Form in which he is 100% invulnerable to damage and within his forms he can also fly. He had enough power to take out powerful demons in mere seconds many believe that DMC 2 was watered down in regards to the difficulty and challenge but what I believe is that the developers were trying to show emphasis on Dante`s character and how powerful he has gotten since the earlier games no enemy in that game is able to stand up to him.

Dante`s dreadnought form makes him impervious to enemy assault and gives him an extra boost of power as well.

Enemies of importance

Dante like other demon hunters or renegades has a huge list of enemies which is why I will be emphasizing and focusing on the important ones. Now many say the enemies Dante has fought are weak or inferior significantly in comparison to the one`s Ghost Rider, Superman or Spawn has fought which is false and I know all three characters well, I have comics for all three of them and I am huge fan of all three of them but it is far from being true. Now let`s take a look at his most revered and primitive enemy which is obviously Mundus Emperor of the Underworld itself.

Mundus

Now Mundus is a very powerful demon and ruler of demons, he rules the Underworld and the hellish realms that reside within it as he controls most if not all lesser demons but on top of that is able to create life from scratch as shown with his minions that Dante battles earlier throughout DMC 1.

Mundus has the following abilities:

-Manipulation of matter as he is able to create pocket dimensions representing space which holds stars in the far reaches of the atmosphere.

- Can create life.

- Can manipulate souls and dead souls as evidenced with Vergil once he killed him he took over his spirit and turned it into Nelo Angelo granting him more power.

- Able to appear at different areas at different times.

- Has great knowledge and experience has been ruling the Underworld for more than 2,000 years.

- He is even aware when Vergil is defeated by Dante which further proves his ability and before killing Griffon takes on his aura red orbs form within the sky.

- Is immune to time manipulation as the Bangle of Time had no effect on him and he grant immunity to his servants as shown with his generals which are the other bosses throughout the game.

- Mundus is even immortal and couldn`t be put down Dante regardless of how much damage he took he can only be truly defeated through a seal.

Characters like Martian Manhunter and Danny Phantom wouldn`t be a problem for Dante considering his weapons don`t merely target the physical they also attack the spiritual/soul aspect even within the game was Dante finishes an enemy they are shown to shatter completely.

Dante`s insane resistances

Dante is pretty much highly resistant to most if not all elements and has a great degree of resistance when it comes to magic.

Lets start with the element of ice now Dante`s Devil Trigger protects him from extremely cold tempatures that reach below sub zero temperatures and within DMC 4 he was shown to be able to resist and not be affected by the cold that was created by the Frost who emit said temperatures.

Now next is lightning which also is a testament and contribution to Dante`s speed he was able to compete, sense and react to Blitz who moves at the speed of lightning.

Now onto the element of fire, Dante is not immune to these elements by the way but he is definitely highly resistant in opposition towards them and Dante adapts quickly too, he was able to tank Ifrit a gauntlet that utilized hell fire which was hotter than a volcano as well as magma and Dante casually sat on Berial Conqueror of the Fire Hell`s tail in which Berial rules a realm or hell that is conceived in pure hell fire and the hottest fires.

Now that pretty much wraps up all of the elements now something interesting that might raise an eyebrow in the form of a question is Dante immune or have a strong resistance against telepathy or telepathic assault? The answer is yes.

Now Dante doesn`t only have a strong will and mind composed with his magical/demonic energy but he also has a decent deal of experiences that deal with the factors of the mind in the form of magical charms, hypnosis and psychic manipulations.

Now to begin we will start off with Nightmare, what makes this demon very deadly is the fact that it was created by Mundus himself the same godlike demon who can communicate spiritually, on another plane and in some ways telepathically, and this Nightmare demon was specifically made for Dante in particular. This creature feeds off of Dante`s Devil Trigger energy while using that same energy to attack his mind by delving into his subconsciousness. The spirits take the form of Dante`s trauma and it takes place in a dimension in the form of Dante`s complete mind/conscious, Dante is able to resist the spirits and break out free from the dimension the light in a sense symbolizes his will power or mind breaking free. This being can form dimensions just like Mundus did and Dante still within his realm that projects his mind can resist and fight if off in HUMAN FORM and he battles this demon three times.

Another being that deals with the mind is Nevan who initiates a form of mind control on Dante but within the Devil Trigger form he is immune and cannot be captured or harmed. She is also very adept and crafty when it comes to magic she uses magic and elemental attacks so Dante has a strong resistance when it comes to magic.

Mind tricks shouldn`t be able to work on Dante, a powerful telepath can invade his mind but I don`t think they can bend his will or turn him into a vegetable especially when he is in his Devil Trigger form.

One thing that might surprise many is Dante`s TELEKINETIC ABILITIES which are are shown throughout the canon anime and DMC 1 game.

2:56 - 3:11

Dante is able to repel and hold the motorcycle in midair leaving it suspended and then he destroys it with ease. A telekinetic character might not be able to affect Dante either who possesses a powerful will behind his powers.

1:25 - 1:30

Dante summons Rebellion to his hand before stomping Abigail a demon who rivaled Mundus in power.

Dante`s sealing abilities and overall raw power

Dante can seal powerful demons or send them to hell with his weapons and through the utilization of specialized techniques such as Jackpot, Yamato and etc.

7:38 - 8:22

Dante seals Mundus with Trish`s help however this not because of PIS it is because of Dante being in a weaker state in DMC 2 and the anime he performs the same technique in which he destroys the enemy or depowers them. The technique is shown to being able to work on demons or beings of the supernatural and it seals for 2,000 years.

1:34 - 2:07

Dante annihilates Abigail a demon who is able to easily destroy buildings and skyscrapers and has planetary power also overall this being rivaled Mundus in power yet Dante stomps him with a brief second of his Devil Trigger and he depowers him through Jackpot as a demon named Sid had gained access to the power itself. Dante takes hits from Abigail who can destroy skyscraper level buildings and Dante is unfazed this is Dante within his base form as well.

As shown within this video Dante is even able to curbstomp an entity that far surpassed Mundus in power and this being was warping reality also it ruled over the Underworld, Dante with no amp whatsoever destroys it with complete ease this is Dante at his oldest and strongest with 50-60 years+ of demon hunting experience this is obviously done through a Jackpot. And this being could only be sealed by Sparda along with the demon slaying clan, yet Dante destroys it completely.

In his youngest form alongside Vergil he is able to depower Arkham and banish him from the Underworld.

Sealing runs in the family as Sparda was sealing demons from the beginning such as The Seven Sins, Mundus, The Despair Embodied and etc. This has passed onto his sons Vergil and Dante, they possess his blood and his power to break through seals that are dimensional level.

Royal Guard

Now this stylized technique is very important considering the fact that Dante nearly has the ultimate defense that many overlook this ability blocks and redirects energy attacks, projectiles as well as physical attacks but at the enemy with multiple the force depending on how much is charged. It also heals Dante as well.

Dante`s speed is even underrated considering he moves passed Mach 5 during DMC 3 and could is massively hypersonic in which he is close to relativistic speeds up to DMC 2 being faster than thought as proven also with Alastor he is able to move and battle at lightning speed approximately.

Time and Chrono Manipulation

Now Dante also has the ability to stop time with Quicksilver but in-game due to gameplay mechanics it can only slow down time and make Dante appear faster in speed however by the canon cutscene it can definitely stop time by a lot more, Dante also has the Bangle of Time which also slows down time by 100% and he has the Chrono Heart which increases his speed.

This item also can slow time and increase stats in regards to speed as also used by Trish.

The Chrono Heart is a magic stone containing the heart of an old god which, when equipped, allows the user to slow time while attacking.^[13][14] It is found during Mission 15 of Dante's scenario, and Mission 11 of Lucia's scenario.

Pandora

Now this is a deadly and underrated weapon that Dante carries it officially has six hundred and sixty-six weapons although seven are revealed in game and the most ultimate revealed is Pandora`s Omen which is the supernatural light that obliterates all in its path and it had no effect on Dante whatsoever in a way I consider it to be Dante`s version of Penance Stare.

Devil May Cry 4, Dante's Arms File — Pandora: "A demonic weapon capable of 666 calamitous forms. It spells misery and disaster for countless foes."

Yamato and Rebellion

Dante now carrying Yamato which he gave to Nero by the end of DMC 2 although I still believe it to be his weapon and DMC 2 is after DMC 4 in the linear story-line so there is a good chance he could of reclaimed it after something happened to Nero, Lady and Trish which triggered his new personality. Yamato was a dimensional weapon that was used to separate the Demon World from the Human World as it sealed dimensional hell portals and could destroy them it was the only power that could revive them as well. The sword has the ability to cut through anything even at minimal is powerful enough to cut through dimensions and space.

As shown within the manga one of the Seven Sins places Vergil under an illusion and Vergil with Yamato is able to cut through that illusion with ease while dismembering the caster.

This blade is very important considering it is a literal manifestation of Dante`s demonic power meaning his raw demonic energy that he uses to destroy and banish godlike demons such as Mundus, Abigail and the Despair Embodied is channeled throughout this blade. The blade helped awaken Dante`s demonic power in which he was able to utilize his Devil Trigger form as shown with his fight with his brother Vergil.

Able to block a punch from the Savior who can crack stone easily and cause massive amounts of damage, what makes the feat more impressive is the fact that the Savior deactivated adding more dead weight on Dante himself and he is able to easily push away the Savior`s arm also he was battling the Savior for many hours and doesn`t seem to look tired.

At point 0:07 - 0:08, Dante in his base form is able to crack pure stone with just a light punch and it was falling from a considerable height this is Dante his absolute youngest.

Dante is able to use a motorcycle in combat while in the air performing forms of aerial combat against several demons and the motorcycle in all similarity relates back to Lady`s new bike in the DMC: Animated Series in which she has a 1974 Ducati 750 Supersport which weighs on average or roughly 190 - 210 kg. Dante was utilizing this bike with ease without strain or any problems in base form confirming his admirable strength.

0:54 - 1:10, Dante is swallowed by the demon Echidna and without too much struggle is able to resist as well as open up the jaws and escape.

1:08 - 1:18, Dante with no trouble at all is able to break Abigail`s claws which are impaled deeply into his body and these claws are able to cut through stone and steel easily as well as buildings leveled at the height of skyscrapers.

Dante has a huge arsenal.

Dante has an amazing defense

His durability is way above that of skyscraper deal damage as evidenced with his fight with Abigail in the Devil May Cry anime he is even able within his Sparda form in DMC 1 tank Mundus`s summoned meteorites and lands on a rocky terrain from a great height yet he is unfazed.

Has resistance towards magic, different elements and etc.

Dante can fly

Dante doesn`t need oxygen.

2:45 and as you continue you notice Dante doesn`t need anything gizmo or mechanism to breathe under water he doesn`t even have a duration bar.

Mundus, Abigail and the Despair Embodied were all demons that were planetary++ threats yet Dante managed to defeat all of them and in his DMC 2 incarnation is more than 200x more powerful with the Sword of Sparda, his Majin Form and etc he would definitely have enough raw demonic power to destroy the Earth that is if he were to become evil which would be a scary thought and fact.

Majin Form is a form that Dante achieved through his own power not the Sword of Sparda and it is even said that Sparda`s power grew too great which is why he sealed himself, Sparda took down Mundus and his armies with ease also. Dante being considered as a successor to his power is a huge accomplishment within of itself now having his power which he used against Mundus and his own Majin Form would definitely = planet wrecker able to cause damage to the planet through raw power, demons such as Abigail and The Savior has displayed city+ levels of destruction, Dante easily surpasses them by having both his father`s power and his own he would be able to reach this level. The Majin Form however is activated when Dante is at his lowest and nearing to critical health which is why it is also called the Desperate Devil Trigger, Dante is almost an invincible force and can cheat or escape Death with no fear at all either.

I have gathered ALOT more information for Dante by extensive and persistent amounts of research for his character and he is more powerful than what I even previously thought.

I will simplify and summarize his power level via the past shown demonstration of feats I will do so in an orderly and systematical manner starting with categories of strength, speed, stamina/endurance/durability/healing factor/damage soak and etc.

Let`s start with strength as we progress through the plethora of his powerhouse presentations:

0:50 - After hopelessly and failing to get one of the enchanted-mechanized doors to move, Jester notes that the Tower is sturdy in other words more durable and advanced in the fact of being ahead of modern human conception and conventions such as normal stone and steel.

1:25 - 2:02 - Dante applies enough cutting force with Rebellion to the Power Generator which was responsible for the entire area he and Jester were in causing the entirety of the location to shake/rumble.

5:10 - 8:00 - Agni and Rudra are ancient 2000 year old guardians who caused their ENTIRE chamber to shake that is the kind of quality of strength that they are packing and Dante overpowered them both with superior strength being included with his overall superiority.

0:14 - Dante breaks more demonic/enchanted stone with his fist and its coming from above as well due to the impact in transfer from the kinetic force of Beowulf the Lightbeast.

2:32 - 2:36 - Dante along with his brother Vergil apply impact to Lady`s heat-seeking missile and Dante`s sword contributed to the missile not setting-off or exploding which shoes his cutting precision.

1:37 - 3:00 - Dante with Lady`s motorcycle propels himself to the up-climbing of the Tower and casually throws around the vehicle with no effort at all while battling in the air against a couple of Hell Prides and this is also done when the boosters are activated he eventually causes the motorbike to explode in his hands.

0:31 - 0:52 - Dante catches the Force Edge in his hand which was being wielded by Vergil a demon of comparable to near equal strength to that of Dante and he has him pushes back a few meters away.

5:20 - 5:55 - Dante CUTS VERGIL IN HALF but due to the Dark Slayer`s regeneration/healing factor he is able to endure through it but Dante managed to out damage Vergil to the point in which he almost collapses and it takes quite alot to subdue Vergil.

6:40 - 6:45 - The demon Phantom who is one of Mundus` Generals crashes in on Dante from the ceiling causing shockwaves all around and this same demon is made out of rock/magma. This ties directly into Dante`s feat much later as well.

2:10 - 3:36 - Dante causes Phantom to topple over and he lands on a spike in which in the midst all of this directly recognizes Dante`s power and that he even had surpassed his father by quite a bit which foreshadows this fact for the future. Trish further confirms this as well and makes her way back to Mundus as she witnessed the event.

3:50 - 4:20 - Dante awakens the ancient Ifrit weapon spirit that is a Gauntlet which harnesses and manipulates the power of Hell-Fire that is hotter than volcanoes and Dante overpowers the bloodlusted Ifrit with just pure strength after tanking its attack.

6:57 - 7:37 - Dante fights another of Mundus` General called Griffon this demon`s wind currents are strong enough to cause an entire ship by the look of things and the detail in how this very method of transportation travels it would have to be an old-fashioned Pirate Ship which have been calculated to weighing over 500,000 pounds. Griffon`s wind currents do more than just to send it off balance it has the ship crushed and before that occurs the entire ship was shaking from top to bottom and this is Griffon not giving it his all AT ALL. Yet what happens after is a testament to Dante`s prowess when it comes to just overpowering and outweighing opponents who are of a different weight class.

0:28 - 0:40 - Dante overpowers Griffon during the beginning of their final encounter.

0:51 - He does so again but unfortunately for Griffon he meets his ultimate end at the hand of his own master/creator Mundus.

6:00 - 6:05 - Dante knocks back a demonic Dragon`s fireball and has it destroyed instantly.

9:43 - 10:18 - Dante impales and easily kills several demons disguised as members of the Order of the Sword and has them tossed them around like ragdolls without any effort whatsoever.

15:11 - 15:30 - Overpowers Nero who is a POWERHOUSE and this will be further elaborated on for later. His Stinger attack via Rebellion in collision with Nero`s Devil Bringer results in a shockwave encompassing the complete area of the Cathedral and benches are sent everywhere as a result of the clash.

2:57 - 3:02 - Dante one-shots Bael a toad-like demon in one hit with Rebellion and this demon along with the Frost is below subzero temperatures and it can switch in and out of its ice forms.

Dante breaks a Hell-Gate which is more durable than steel and typical stone as proven by Agnus just like Jester in DMC3. Dante uses the Gauntlet Gilgamesh to have this accomplishment accomplished but its the focusing of his strikes, timing and expert power production that is able to bring out the best of these weapons.

Dante outmuscles Echidna and with light force has her seeds sent back at her and she is the same one who is able to bring down trees, corrupt the entire forest and do the following:

This is arguably Dante`s most recognizable and esteemed strength feat in which he overpowers the Savior`s attack and the Savior is larger than a skyscraper like object (Hell Gates) also it can crush stone, steel and cities easily with its contained power. It has 2000 years worth of demonic energies melded into its very being and core also its powered by BOTH NERO AND THE SWORD OF SPARDA its dead-weight was forced against Dante and he stopped it in its tracks after hours of fighting it. This also ties into Dante`s striking since only he can TRULY damage its exterior or properties/substances as Nero is utterly powerless without his Devil Bringer.

This also furthers the fact of the Savior`s strength.

Dante with enough force sends Rebellion flying into the Savior and as noted earlier. Nero cannot harm or even dent the Savior with his sword Red Queen this showcases Dante`s strength along with his weapon`s strength.

Speaking of Nero this demon isn`t even powerful enough to properly wrestle or compete with the Son of Sparda who was holding back against him as proven in their fights all he was doing was watching Nero and testing him, he is the same Devil Bringer carrying/wielding swordsman that can do the following quite impressively:

0:59 - 1:05 - Nero puts out all of Berial`s flames with a single sweep of his sword Red Queen.

1:30 - 1:40 - Nero counters Berial`s attack and has him humbled for a few seconds also the gust of the wind current generated by the force of swords between Nero and Berial is very notable as well.

4:07 - 4:17 - Nero has Berial Conqueror of the Fire Hell smashed into the ground and then thrown quite the distance also.

4:58 - 5:30 - Nero has Berial once again tossed to the side easily and Berial even confirms that Nero`s power-level despite being the weakest of the Spardas is still comparable to that of Sparda himself who he fought in the far distant past and he had to restore the potency of his powers as well by returning to his realm.

3:10 - 3:15 - Nero has Bael pulled towards him with minimal effort.

5:10 - 6:30 - Nero pulls Bael towards him again by grabbing his tongue and does a lot of damage on the inside and then he has him tossed towards the proximity of the Hell-Gate which was after he rebounded off of the surrounding walls and before he takes his last breath as confirmed by him his family arrives only for Nero to send one back into the Hell-Gate blocking the others and Nero in the nick of time closes the Hell-Gate.

1:03 - 1:13 - Nero performs an epic slam on Agnus by grappling and locking onto him in which he propels him into the air and then slams into the ground creating inflicting damage.

2:36 - 2:50 - Delivers a severe beating on an demonically empowered Sanctus and his brute strength sends Sanctus flying a couple of meters after being launched into the air.

5:48 - 5:55 - Nero WITH ABSOLUTE EASE negates the attack-force of the Savior`s fist and the Savior was being controlled by Sanctus via his will/mind this just goes to show how powerful Nero`s Devil Bringer can be.

0:40 - 0:50 - Slams Sanctus and gives another good beat down then he sends him back with his Devil Bringer which is enough to weaken him even with the Sword of Sparda in his possession.

2:15 - 2:22 - This highlights his striking strength in good and full view Nero has Sanctus stomped with his Devil Bringer`s final attack either with or without his Devil Trigger to back him up.

5:48 - 6:45 - Nero after rendering the Savior absolutely powerless he finishes him off for good by crushing his head which he had in his grasp and this causes a city-wide shockwave.

It doesn`t end there though...

6:28 - 6:37 - Nero throws a super large stone replica of Sparda`s sword at Dante and he has great focus when in doing so as well.

0:38 - 0:42 - Catches Credo`s Spear at fast speeds and throws it back at him with tremendous force enough to have Credo stunned or unable to respond for a temporary amount of time.

1:44 - 1:58 - Nero delivers swift and unending consistent heavy blows from his Devil Bringer Arm and has him body slammed into the ground with ease.

3:00 - 3:22 - Nero overwhelms and overpowers Credo to the point in which he is reverted back to his human form and is barely able to keep himself together despite having immense strength and experience.

1:46 - 2:55 - Nero after besting Agnus fights a couple of Bianco Angelo and grabs a couple of them and throws them at the far reaches of the room then he overpowers several Bianco Angelo who are of great strength, fighting prowess and brutality all of them in an instant sudden are pushed back to all the walls. Nero AFTER that also was smashing and breaking through HIGHLY durable demonic stone and creates a large crack.

59:30 - 59:50 - Nero after moments of continuous pounding and pounding he causes the entire demonic vine to stop functioning and has the Bridge itself active breaking the entire vine that was concealing the bridge this is how strong Nero is and this isn`t even him at his strongest.

But let`s see how Nero compares to a Dante who was holding back!

0:16 - 1:00 - Dante was playing around with Nero and Nero couldn`t even keep his composure together, Dante has Nero smashed into a stone wall and holds back his Devil Bringer Arm in the process.

1:20 - 1:26 - Dante holds back Nero`s Devil Bringer Arm and stalemates him in a duel when in doing so as well.

6:06 - 6:30 - Dante reacts to a Mega Scarecrow, demons who are exceptionally fast and have great control when in the prolonging of their coordinated speed in the paths they choose and these demons have gigantic blades attached to them and even with their speed Dante has them deflected with Rebellion and he does without having to exert himself.

Dante takes down the Orangguerra a demon of great strength and this demon when landing on a bus has it destroyed. Dante outmuscles and outdoes this demon when facing it head on this goes back to Dante`s great strength when tested against others of great strength.

1:05 - 1:10 - Dante staggers a reality warping TRANSCENDENT being by the name of the Despair Embodied he does so with a modest swing with Rebellion and the force is enough to have Rebellion kept in its aerial position for an incredible amount of time.

NOW FOR THE FINALE! Dante`s most overlooked/underrated/undiscovered striking feat that also counts and amounts as a physical power-level feat this shoes how strong Dante is even in HUMAN FORM.

Dante nullifies the reality warping DICE GAME`s abilities and functionality by cutting it in HALF. Even when his soul is registered and the game activates the moment he arrives. This is a SUPER-DUPER impressive feat! The reason being is because of the following reasons.

• When Nero plays this game his soul is set on the board and he cannot damage this device with Red Queen, Blue Rose or Devil Bringer.
• The game controls reality and each landing point bends reality/physics based on that of a conventional board game in which there are different outcomes/effects based on the number that you have gotten when rolling-hitting the dice. There are dimensions that revive bosses who were killed, the game can provide life orbs, create/conjure/manipulate/summon/bring to life multiple types of enemies, it can create lasers and etc.
• The game as confirmed and explicitly notified by the narration within the game is a living entity that controls one`s fate based on their choices.

Now to finalize this section/category there will be a showcasing of feats for Dante at the younger points in his life shown outside of the games but still canon to the same source material.

Dante in the manga has his own DMC Shop sliced right in half with a single casual swipe from Rebellion and this is before awakening his demon blood.

8:44 - 10:26 - Dante stops a demon of adequate and submissable strength the demon cannot even pierce through or break Rebellion and this demon was creating shockwaves, fissures, and was punching holes through the ground with lazy-effort although it was still determined to kill Dante. Dante with quick reflex is able to have the demon launched into an electronic sign and it explodes instantly due to the intense impact as well as friction and Dante did this casually another thing is this demon was spinning and Dante still was able to apply the necessary force to have this demon end up stuck in a wide wall crack and this demon ends up dying as well even after generating enough pressure when spinning to land with considerable impact.

6:45 - 7:08 - Dante was swallowed or encased by a magical demon who is composed of ethereal/magical/demonic properties Dante slices this demon wide open in half with Rebellion.

Dante murderstomps Abigail through sheer strength and Abigail wasn`t only a rival to Mundus in power although that power was not 100% maximized because of the user of the power being Sid a amateur demon who was lurking around and craving for power. Abigail like Mundus is a planetary+ powerhouse as he himself confirmed that he can rule Earth and the Demon World. AT THE VERY LEAST this demon was busting skyscrapers, creating nuke-like level explosions, blowing up parts of an entire city and affecting the world`s weather as well as clouds on a continental level. Dante with a microscopic portion of Devil Trigger overpowers Abigail to the point in which Sid is depowered and loses the godlike power as he is reverted to his normal state, also Dante was able to go head to head with this demon for a couple of minutes and this was done through pure/sheer/clear striking strength/physicality.

Tying into Dante`s striking power and physical prowess is his signature sword Rebellion. It is the literal and linear line of definition when it comes to Dante`s godlike power-level when awakened with his demon blood it is in full bondage to Dante`s spirit/soul/being/willpower so this sword is nigh-unbreakable since you would have to break Dante`s physical manifestation of utter underestimated untouchable willpower and inner-most being in order for you to consider in breaking Rebellion so Dante`s striking power and physical strength is more than the words immense, immeasurable, unstoppable, immovable and undeniable.

SPEED/REACTION/REFLEX/PERCEPTION/COORDINATION/ACCURACY:

This is a crazy-uber feat, Dante and Vergil during the intro of DMC3 are swinging their swords so fast not only does their weapons appear untraceable and invisible but the rain surrounding them is also vastly slowed within their perception, however the main foundation for this feat is that they swing their swords so fast that they create a barrier that prevents RAINDROPS from touching them as every raindrop is suspended and held in place within midair the wind aerial aura generated from their blades was that strong. Another interesting note that needs to be made is the fact that it was heavy rain and not light rain that was present the entire battlefield is drenched in heavy amounts of raindrops or droplets.

1:18 - 1:26 - Arkham throws Dante`s desk and Dante in a sharp split second reacts and perception again is slowed down for him as he lands perfectly on his feet catching his signature pistol Ebony.

2:40 - 3:28 - Dante reacts to several Hell Prides and time is slowed in his perception he literally uses one of the Hell Prides as a skateboard and once impacting the pool table uses a bullet as time is slowed in his perception with great marksmanship to propel it towards hitting all the other pool balls which in turn hit every Hell Pride present in the room.

4:35 - 4:50 - Time is slowed in Dante`s perception as he reacts to Lady and her motorcycle which accelerates at incredible speeds due to its boosters. Dante jumps right over Lady just seconds after she appears right in his first-person view.

4:55 - 5:11 - Dante bends his back over as time is slowed right before Lady`s HEAT-SEEKING MISSILE from her rocket launcher Kalina Ann could even come into contact with him and he jumps right onto the missile rides it with slick coordination and has it sent to the ceiling above.

3:40 - 3:52 - Dante reacts to his own magical bullets being redirected back at him by Vergil who is hypersonic+ and its slowed in his perception as well as he cuts them in half.

8:25 - 9:12 - Dante reacts to multiple Blood-Goyle attempting to attack him at every possible angle and this is a testament to his insane speed since he was running on the Tower while doing this and had to engage in midair combat as well. Also he swings Rebellion in rapid succession and also firing bullets from Ebony & Ivory, and this is how fast Blood Goyle can move.

This also showcases Dante`s striking strength as he sends a Blood Goyle into a wall and his reaction is top notch as he kicks Rebellion with his foot and has it split as the Blood Goyles` abilities are to duplicate themselves by splitting.

At point 9:13 - 9:35 - Dante throws Rebellion with such force that it impales all of the Blood-Goyle in one straight line also by shooting a bullet he is able to propel Rebellion to re-entry speeds which is Mach 25+ and he outruns his own sword while also catching fire from the ignition due to the intense air friction for those that are not convinced.

1) Reentry speeds are attained by objects that catch intense friction from the atmosphere and there are different types of atmospheric entries in regards to objects moving at certain speeds which is why they produce such great heat and there was a wind current/barrier that was surrounding Rebellion as well as Dante these are characteristics that are shown with reentry.

2) The distance in which Dante fired the bullet (which is not even a normal bullet but a magical customized one) and the distance in which he threw Rebellion while running on the Tower is enough for the sword to gain such momentum to achieve such speeds in the first place.

3) The fact that Dante`s own hand caught on fire due to the friction just furthers this as being fact.

4) Also the developers` intentions were identified clearly instead of it being the contrary there is no evidence to contradict with these facts.

0:44 - 0:50 - Dante catches a bullet in his teeth from Lady who is a very skilled marksman.

Dante reacts to Lady`s submachine gun fire and dances around her easily and Lady is the same one who can do this:

Lady owns several Hell Prides and they couldn`t even catch up with her during the courses of the fight. She demonstrates refined and delicate movement and her acrobatics are professionally showcased.

4:35 - 4:50 - Shoots Trish`s lightning bullets out of the air with great accuracy and timing/technique/patience.

0:06 - 0:15 - Dante reacts to Lady`s heat seeking missile and its slowed in his perception.

0:19 - 0:24 - Reacts to Lady`s missile once again and dodges it easily while unfocused on her.

Dante is able to keep up with his brother Vergil who is a high-hypersonic tier-teleporter. With Yamato he can teleport across large distances and this is the same Vergil who is able to do the following:

Vergil has several Hell Lust demons sliced and diced with Yamato before they could even react and they can`t even perceive his movements and everything is slowed down in his perception as well.

Has a Hell Vanguard stabbed and reduced to nothing without it having the chance to react.

1:08 - 1:15 - Impales Arkham with Yamato before he can react or even perceive what`s going on and Arkham blitzed Lady and Arkham`s a demon whose true form is Jester who can teleport and much later confirms that if Vergil was in top-notch condition would have had him finished instantly in one slash.

6:50 - 7:15 - This is the point in which Jester comments on Vergil`s speed. Jester also showcases his teleportation in this encounter and avoids all of Dante`s bullets although Dante was weakened he has shown to avoid his bullets in the past.

Arkham vanishes in front of Lady and even avoids her bullet as he throws her off the cliff.

1:40 - 2:00 - Vergil has Arkham`s hand removed in an instant and Arkham couldn`t even sense Vergil`s presence this was also from a long distance away from Arkham`s position as Vergil also was on a pillar of great height and length. Another thing is Arkham was amped by Sparda`s power and could keep an eye on Dante`s movements.

Blitzes Beowulf before he can react and has him sliced into two also Beowulf`s sense of smell is very notable and although he was blinded by Dante he still managed to track Vergil despite not knowing that Sparda had two sons and Beowulf also has been able to tag Dante during their fight.

0:43 - 0:48 - Dante reacts instantly and dodges Beowulf`s attack casually.

4:18 - 4:28 - Dante throws Rebellion and with great accuracy manages to blind Beowulf and his eye is very small also perception was once again slowed down for him and he did so before Beowulf can land a hit even though Beowulf was the first to coordinate his muscle movements by raising his arm to prepare for a strike.

1st scan - Vergil slices and dices an entire crowd of people and in that same scene they couldn`t see or react to him.

2nd scan - Vergil cuts the reality warping Rabbi into pieces without him knowing or being able to perceive any of his movements this is also in the midst of a conversation.

3rd scan - Cuts Dante`s demonically empowered bullets before they could even reach him and this is similar to his feat of redirecting several of Dante`s magical bullets in which he was spinning Yamato with such current that they were caught and they were also slowed in his perception. Vergil also was barely putting any effort into any of these feats which makes it more impressive.

Dante becoming one with Alastor in lightning speed but more importantly becoming the embodiment of lightning all around and he even has a lightning-centric Devil Trigger state transformation when equipped with Alastor. And every falling glass shard is frozen in time and in Dante`s perception once the lightning hits the ceiling.

Dante`s senses along with his perception is really top-notch. He could see right through the mirror`s illusion as Nelo Angelo was disguised as him via the reflection in the mirror and the mirror is also magical in nature acting as a portal to the Mirror World.

1:10 - 1:23 - Reacts to the Shadow`s spinning air attack.

Dante reacts to lightning as he jumps back before it can even touch him.

8:56 - 9:18 - Dante reacts to a Plasma demon`s laser beam these demons bend light and also channel electricity into their attacks.

4:52 - 5:00 - Dante sees the Nightmare demon`s laser beam or beam of light firing at him and he ducks his head, and the Nightmare demon was closer to Dante than it was to Trish in distance as well as proximity which is very impressive further into the video, Dante also saves Trish from a giant falling rock and he was a good distance away.

1:25 - 1:40 - Dante reacts to Mundus` laser light beam and this is not aim-dodging as Dante reacted the moment it was fired as he deflected it, he did not dodge it. During the earlier points of the video you can see Mundus` light refract as he is the Devil of the DMC universe being an angel of light bringing more light to the fact that what Dante did indeed react to was light.

7:07 - 7:10 - Reacts to and avoids Mundus` energy spikes while in space. Also the dimension that Mundus created was actual space its an entire universe and Dante was flying at FTL speeds in which he had to fight Mundus.

0:02 - 0:18 - After being kicked by Nero and sent flying, Dante is still able to react to Nero`s bullets from his pistol Blue Rose and it was slowed down in Dante`s perception he is also able to draw both Ebony and Ivory as soon as Nero lands on the Sparda statue and Nero was more prepared than he was.

0:35 - 1:02 - Reacts to superhuman Nero once again in midair and this happens while he is being locked by Nero also he is able to move his head away from Nero`s bullets and even though he was tossed lands fine on the Sparda statue while reacting to Nero`s attempted attack and everything was slowed down in his perception he is also fast enough to attack Nero and cause him to lose his own balance.

1:28 - 1:52 - Nero is a skilled, advanced and accurate marksman yet he couldn`t even tag Dante or perceive his movements also his sensory is impressive but Dante appears right behind him without Nero knowing, this motivates Nero to change his tactics and resort to swordplay.

2:38 - 2:51 - Even after being pushed aside by Nero he is able to move his head before the Sparda statue`s sword was able to hit him.

3:30 - 3:51 - Nero kicks a bench into the stack of benches that Dante is front of him and Dante was sitting down on the front bench yet he jumps in the air at great lengths while at the same time countering Nero`s sword Red Queen.

5:04 - 5:35 - Nero couldn`t even see Dante move right after they were talking and Dante was right above him. Nero misses several shots from Blue Rose and Dante again vanishes only to appear in order to taunt him.

The reason why it is impressive is because Nero is the same one who could do the following:

Reacts to and avoids energy claws from the Faust and Mephisto demons also this is all seamless as well he does so right after the other and does this very casually.

Nero senses Trish who is dressed and disguised as Gloria before she even jumps down to his location and he is ready to aim Blue Rose.

Dodges full frontal assaults from quick and super-charged swordsman called the Bianco Angelo, he also catches its lance by intercepting its attack with a book and their made from fragments of Nelo Angelo`s armor although Nero is subdued later on by these same enemy types it is only because he wasn`t paying full attention and was manipulated by Agnus.

Dodges Echidna and makes it across the Valley before she can break the steel walkway.

Nero reacts to Echidna`s assault and is even able to lock onto her while she is in her She-Viper dragon form and he continues to dodge her attacks effortlessly he also maneuvers around her with no trouble at all.

Nero hears Assault demons coming and they are far away in distance.

Nero again hears Assault coming towards his direction and everything is slowed down in his perception as well. The Assault demons run very fast and are not only quick on their feat but their instincts and sense of smell is potent.

5:30 - 8:15 - Even after being caught by the Savior`s hand due to Sanctus controlling it Nero still was able to quickly have Sanctus pinned which forced him to use teleportation and render Nero`s Devil Bring powerless by stabbing it with Yamato.

7:05 - 7:41 - Nero throws Yamato and has a much more powerful teleporting Sanctus caught off guard and uses his Devil Bringer Arm`s Spectral form to have Sanctus subdued and then in that same second as well as moment frees Kyrie with Yamato and impales Sanctus before the Sword of Sparda could hit the ground AND he caught Kyrie as well while everything was slowed down to his perception! That`s speed if you ask me, very impressive speed.

Dante embarrasses several Biano Angelo who are being commanded by an Alt Bianco Angelo which is also being manipulated by Sanctus and Dante blitzes all of them while causing them to lose balance as well as steadiness in the air as he also launches Rebellion with admirable accuracy in which it is embedded into the Savior and Dante lands on the sword he then vanishes from Sanctus` sight altogether and instantly with unquestionably sharp aim shoots Sanctus which causes the Alt Bianco Angelo to be absolutely useless/powerless and these demons have blitzed Nero before.

Dante after causing the Savior to stumble and lose stance or composure is able to rebound or recover his movements while in the air and the Savior despite its reflexes couldn`t even tag him as he lands perfectly fine on his two feet right after performing a back flip.

Dante fires eight to nine bullets in the direction of Yamato and they literally stack up on top of each other in a straight line and orderly fashion this was enough to push Yamato into that of the insides of the Savior and cause it to fall on its face. Dante also did this from a fairly FAR distance and perception was also slowed when the Savior attempted to grab him.

THIS IS AN INSANE FEAT. Dante dodges and outmaneuvers the Savior but when his sword Rebellion gets stuck in its fist in the last split second Dante appears in front of the Savior right on top of its knuckles and the Savior despite its advanced senses could not detect any sign of movement, and time was again slowed perception-wise once Dante decided to jump off of the Savior`s fist.

Dante vanishes from Agnus` sight and Agnus did battle with Nero who is supersonic.

8:24 - 8:44 - Dante fires a bullet that scatters Agnus` research papers and then he fires another into that same area where the bullet was fired hitting Agnus dead on and causing him to fall back onto a bench.

Dante sees right through Dagon`s tricks unlike Nero in regards to when he fought Bael it is only until after Bael arrives into the fray that Nero notices the trick that was utilized into luring him. Dante was playing around and pretended not to know what was going on but further confirms that his sense of smell was spotting out Dagon and his acute senses are responsible. But even when Dante was lying down Dagon was unable to swallow him despite extending his mouth and opening it wide to eat him in one bite, and Dagon was even surprised that Dante was able to sense him.

Dante after opening Pandora and seeing Pandora`s Omen closes Pandora before its light could radiantly exude itself further and Pandora is a light reaching attack that instantly destroys enemies in a quick flash.

Dante was sitting on Berial`s tail and he didn`t even notice until Dante spoke. And Dante is able to not lose his balance even when sent flying into the air.

Dante reacts to the lightning demon Blitz who is the EMBODIMENT of lightning and it was responsible for all of the lightning storms. For those not convinced, I will explain:

1. Dante was joking around with the Blitz as he was smiling and telling it to come on basically challenging it. Also if you pay close attention Dante was enacting one of his taunts as when you taunt in the game, Dante is making the same gestures and showcasing the same kind of body language, and saying the exact same words.

2. Once the Blitz moved Dante appeared right in front of it. Dante was obviously holding back and had a carefree attitude as the developers themselves explained this very fact in interviews about Dante`s character/personality/mindset during the courses of the game/story.

3. Dante NEVER had significant problems with lightning users in the past such as Griffon, Nevan, Trish, Plasma, Mundus and etc.

Saves Lucia from a close-range explosion and jumps onto a cliff before the explosion or much of the smoke could engulf them.

10:20 - 10:40 - Arius conjures streams of dark energy/magic RIGHT IN FRONT OF BOTH DANTE AND LUCIA but Dante still avoids the attack while holding Lucia, and Dante in an instant transforms into Devil Trigger as he avoids another explosion just inches away.

Dante dodges a missile from an Infestant Chopper these vehicles have been taken over by demons called the Infestant once taken over these vehicles or objects become more durable and impressive.

Dante side-steps an Infestant Tank`s missile and it had the upper hand on him when it comes to just the element of surprise.

Dodges the Nefasturris` first attack and this a skyscraper level demon who fires light energies also Dante was still able to land safely onto a platform and duck his head EVEN AFTER the demon managed to fire its laser-light energy beam.

Dante saves Lucia before Arius` light attack could reach her although this is argued quite alot its easy to explain.

1) Lucia was completely vulnerable and kept under bondage by Arius` magic. Dante released her bonds before the light could hit her which is why there was a flicker once the attack hit the wall and LEFT A BLACK MARK this is something that is overlooked every time.

2) The light clearly refracted which light based on science does. There is no illumination that contradicts with the attack being a light attack as explained in point 1.

3) Arius as an adept magician displayed multiple forms of elemental control which includes mastery over darkness, fire and etc.

4) What makes the feat more impressive is the distance in which Dante is positioned he is behind Arius` desk and Arius himself was MUCH closer to Lucia than Dante was and he fired the attack before Dante moved yet Dante still managed to rescue Lucia before the light could hit.

Dante blitzes a transcendent reality warping deity and one-shots this being before his sword Rebellion could hit the ground also this being was looking around for Dante and it couldn`t find a single trace of him until he made himself known by pointing his gun at it in full view and his sword was sent spinning in the air during that time as well.

This is a unique and neat overlooked feat. Dante catches in his hands what appears to be a ball of light before it could even power him up into Devil Trigger mode it reminds me of two instances in Dragon Ball.

The reason why these examples were exemplified is because what Dante caught seemed to be a little similar in regards to it being intended and represented as literal light, and its comparably applicable as well IMO.

DURABILITY/DAMAGE SOAK/HEALING FACTOR/STAMINA/ENDURANCE:

3:45 - 4:18 - Dante even though stabbed and held in place by multiple Hell Prides` Scythe pushes one back and shows resistance also he literally drags a Hell Pride and its embedded scythe along the floor as he removes all of the scythes with no visible injuries showcasing INSTANTANEOUS healing. Dante was also smiling when this all occurred and was having fun.

Dante fights Vergil in an intense battle, is sent backwards into a demonically enchanted statue and continues to do battle with him until his sword Rebellion is removed from his grasp by Vergil`s strength he is then impaled in the abdomen by Yamato which is also a universal/dimensional+ weapon once wielded by Sparda to seal the Demon World and Human World as it also cuts through dimensions. Vergil removes the blade and Dante is momentarily left for dead but seconds later he is moving ready to get up and fight again. Vergil impales him in the HEART with his own sword Rebellion which only makes him stronger as he awakens his demon blood sends the sword rocketing into the air and attempts to attack Vergil who then blocks his strike as Dante`s fist gets stuck in the sword and he doesn`t feel pain or lose any fingers from interacting with Yamato`s edges. There were also no visible wounds found when Dante was impaled by both Yamato and Rebellion. Dante after awakening Devil Trigger runs across the Tower and tanks reentry levels of heat.

Dante after a decently long fight with Beowulf tanks his attack and the impact has Dante left stuck in the denting of the ground, and he gets back up with no injuries, brushing off his coat, also he downplays the situation. Beowulf`s Light Gauntlets also contained the power of a small-supernova and he was entrusted as well as instructed by Sparda to act as one of the Guardians of the Tower although he later builds a grudge against him.

Dante while holding the Haywire Neo Generator in his hand has his very soul sucked from him and it grants him power but negates his healing factor. Dante battles enemies for a long period of time and has to navigate his way back from whence he came as well making the feat more impressive.

This is good. My point exactly. DMC 2 Dante is transcendent level, if not than higher. So many people make the mistake of thinking that even Thor could beat Dante. Also, I may use this respect thread when in "Dante vs." threads, if you don't mind.

I want to add something:

In DMC 3, Dante used one of his bullets to propel his sword Rebelion at reentry speed, 17,500 mph or Mach 23, this is 7820 m/s.

Watching in internet, I found that a claymore sword weights around 2.8 kg, since Rebelion seems to be considerably larger and decorated I think 4 kg seems reasonable. With this mass and speed, it's possible to obtain the kinetic energy, and then it's only matter to reverse the KE formula to get the bullet speed. Searching I found that the bullets of the guns that Ebony and Ivory are based weights around 13 grams or 0.013 kg, so:

0.5*4*7820^2=122,304,800 J

(122,304,800÷0.5÷0.013)^½=137,171.87 m/s or Mach 404.44

Vergil was able to see this bullets coming in slow motion, catch them and throw them back even faster with extreme easiness, and Dante was capable to cut them when they were fired back at him.

I made my own calc of the rainstorm feat.

Dante's arm should be around 70 cm, or .7 m.

Seemingly for every strike Dante is swinging his sword in an angle of 180 degrees, this means his arm moves 2.2 m for every swordswing.

Dante and Vergil cutted the 108,000 raindrops between the two, so Dante alone cutted a total of 54,000 raindrops.

Multiplied by the distance I got above, means that Dante's sword traveled a total distance of 118,800 m.

So, we have the distance, now we need a timeframe. During the rainstorm scene, the rain slowdown to the point it barely moves a centimeter from the begining to the end of the slowmotion scene. In a rainstorm, a raindrop reach a terminal velocity of 10 m/s, this means that for a raindrop to move a centimeter it takes 1 milisecond (0.001 s), so:

118800 m / 0.001 s = 118800000 m/s

118800000 m/s= mach 349,411.764 or 39.6% the speed of light.

Also, I think swinging and clashing swords at this speed produce a big amount of Kinetic Energy. Using the weight of Rebelion I stimated above and the speed I calced:

KE=0.5*4kg*(118,800,000m/s)^2

KE=2.8226×10^16 J

2.8226×10^16 J= 6.74 Megatons of TNT

Dante could make thousands of this strikes in a fraction of a second. This was a very young Dante and without any Devil Trigger, nothing compared to the older Dantes of DMC 1, 4 and especially 2.
