Cyclops : A Bad Ass or A Future Douchebag ? - Gen. Discussion

After Losing Control During AVX and Killing Professor X , Cyclops' Actions were questionable , He still believed That he could make the world a better place for mutantkind not through Prof. X 's Ways but his own ways . Will he actually save mutantkind or will he be the next Magneto ?what do you think would happen to him in All new X-men and Uncanny X-men ? share your opinions pls !

I really like what Scott and his x-men are up to. I kinda like how they are branded as villains. because honestly sometimes i'm so sick and tired of the usual superhero teams that always act heroic at public eyes. And also that's the reason why i love Norman Osborn/Iron Patriot and his Dark Avengers.

I believe that he will save mutantkind, but not make it better. He will continue to protect mutants everywhere and save them from the might of prejudice but his new attitude will now make the state that mutants are in any better.

Future douchebag? He was a douche a long time ago and still is, if anything he's gotten more badass.

But I have to agree that the X-men need a new leader because Scott's plan to huddle mutants together away from the world won't help things. At all.

X books needs something like new leadership to shake things up anyway imo. I'm tired of desperation and gloom, shits old.

He killed Professor X? I didn't even finish reading AvX due to disappointment in it, so that's news to me.

I say he's always been an ass, but now he's just a psychotic one.

I think he'll be the same character he always is: a wee bit dense and kind of arrogant but overall he's trying to make the hard choices as best he can.

I agree. Marvel really needs to let someone else be the leader for a change.

I am getting a little tired of this whole labeling of douchebag --- badass -- whatever.

I am not too sure what is going on in regards to where Cyclops is going but it pretty much sucks. He was never my favourite character but more because he was opposite to the ones who are and now, it just seems like pandering to some demographic out there who needs to see the boy scout lose his cool. I see nothing bad@ss about that, nor douchebaggy. Just a crap direction for a character that deserves better.

He will become bad-ass than ever and he will like replace Wolverine for the douche spot.I actually don't like where he is going right now.
