Creator changed to Artist - Gen. Discussion

In the submitting form, the role Creator has been changed to Artist.

should we still check it for the creators of a character, or is it now for the "Artist" meaning: when the penciller is named Artist on the credits, or it's a painter or other type of drawing?

I don't know if this answers your question fully, but we were discussing this issue here last week. It looks like it was supposed to be "artist" all along.

It doesn't answer the question of what Artist stands for, so I posted my question there too.
