Could Raiden have survived Shadow Moses?

Replace Solid Snake with mgs 2 Raiden .Raiden runs into each of the same scenarios Snake went through, does he survive?

Yes. Raiden overcame similar odds on Big Shell. Defeating Solidus, dozens of Metal Gears on foot, and Dead Cell was by no means an easy task. Also, his VR training was based on Shadow Moses so that would've given him an edge.
