Could naruto Uzamaki Talk No Jutsu Galactus?

The joke is that Naruto has a tendency to talk his villains down, often converting them, eg Pein and Sasuke. Others call it plot no jutsu as well, but it's just generally his random capacity to just talk people into surrendering/teaming up with him.
