Of course I'm biased, but the Molecular Disentangler is pretty cool. (Makes me think of Ghostbusters.)

This may be dumb because its so common, but I gotta go with Spidey's web slingers.

I would have to agree with Forever and the ultimate nullifer.

Iron Mans armor is technically a gadget, and pretty f-ing cool.

I dunno... the Nullifier only does one thing, and unless you're exceedingly powerful, you can only use it once.

The Iron Man armor is f'n cool, too bad the patents are owned by a douchebag.

If you know what youre doing, you should only need the nullifier once, if at all.

And I have to agree about that worthless piece of crap who owns the patent to that technological marvel.

do wepons count? if they do then thors hammer and caps sheild. also iron mans body armor

Don't forget the Cosmic Treadmill and the LSH Flight Rings.

This might sound like a biased answer (it's not), but I have to say Wonder Woman's bracelets and tiara rule, if they are considered gadgets. They have a two-in-one use as fashion and weapons.

Also, can Zatanna's fishnet stockings be considered gadgets? :P

i say doc dooms armor.

I have to say Dr. Doom's armor and Stormbreaker.

Now that you mention Wonder Woman, I have to say that the disc that makes her invisible jet and other stuff is incredibly cool.
