Community Spotlight Nominations (December 7 - December 14)

My internet provider has failed me for the last time and I am now in the process of getting a better service (though this is why this post is a about twelve hours later than usual.)  Hopefully I can get to this week's version of the Spotlight on time, if not I will get it out by this weekend.  Also I will keep these going over the holidays although things will get really slow at some point.   
 
For anyone not in the know about what this is, it is all in the title.  I am looking for the best of CV from the past week from any area of the site or really just mention anything awesome that you see.

Seeing as my internet is not so good and as I have very few recommendations, I am going to leave this open until next Friday.
