Comics like Chronicles of Wormwood?

What are some comics similar to Chronicles of Wormwood?

I've never read Chronicles of Womwood but Garth Ennis only has three kinds of stories: religious, violent satire and the brutal reality of war. How he chooses to mix and match the three is the only thing that really divides his comics as separate entities so pick which of these themes you enjoyed from Ennis and find his other books that focus on those ones is my suggestion.

P.S. I'm not implying Garth Ennis is bad, I've read lots of his stuff and enjoyed it.
