Side comment: This is the first tie for first place regarding which is the best comic of the month. Techically Batman won with two 1st place wins, but I think it is a good idea to mention this fact.

@The Poet: So do you get monthly comics or are they released weekly?

@The_Thunderer: my comic book store holds comics for me as they come out each week, and I pick them up every 2-3 weeks (depending on when I stop by). I also am experimenting with a subscription directly from DC comics for Green Lantern where it is mailed directly to me. That's actually better than I expect it would be (it hasn't been bent or such...), though I do have to wait a few days for it to come to me...

Very happy with the results, well deserved. Glad to see Superboy up there in the works

@The Poet: When and where do you start the voting for next month?

@Mucklefluga: last wednesday of the month (this one was differnt because I was away a week so this was delayed). I do a blog similar to the one linked at the top of the page then. I usually contact the previous month's participants plus anyone who is interested in voting here.

Well I have to admit, Nightwing is a very likable character and his current title isn't half bad either

I'm very pleased that Talia al Ghul won best female villain. That issue of Batman Inc. was all about her and her evolution (devolution?) as a villain. They've positioned her to be as big or bigger than her father.
