I think this was more of a Dc vs Marvel issue, and a definite showing of how many more Dc fans are here at comic vine in comparison to the amount of Marvel fans. Case and example Batman books often get 5 star ratings here in comparison to Marvel titles that get 3 or 4 stars regardless how epic the story may be. I've even seen Batman fans say some of the 5 star rated stories weren't really that good and some were disappointed, especially the Joker arc! Maybe this all my imagination. No disrespect to Dc fans here , but these battles are gonna almost go in favor of Dc characters. Look how close they made the Nightwing vs Daredevil match. Even though they made it close the Dc character shinned in that battle as well. I guess Deathstroke will be able to take down Thor next, because of Nth metal or the power of DC fans at the vine, just sayin.

Totally agree with what justin jordan said. He obviously has a good grasp on the character if only stupid DC would let him keep going on the series!

It's a lot of fun to try and guess who the silhouettes are. Having everyone make a guess is funny. Seeing people search online to try and find pictures that match the silhouettes is hilarious.

Sorry, but Cap would win that fight.It would be hard-fought, but Cap would emerge as the victor. Also, Hulk vs. Arkillo? Come on now. Hulk will do what he does best...smash.

Objectively speaking I feel Deathstroke is the victor,in the New-52 he is ult Cap's physical equal(roughly),has a greater quantity of weapons,more brutal,smarter,superior armor by far,can heal.The only question that remains is that of skill,and frankly speaking a lot of Cap fans automatically assume that Ult Cap is as skilled as the 616 version so really I dont understand all the people complaining about Deathstroke being allowed to use his Pre-52 feats when the same is happening for Cap,also Ult Cap's has a dismal record against other skilled fighters in his universe,Red Skull? Nuke anyone? Comparatively Slade did a lot better against Hawkman and Tomo.

I knew it would end this way. It was a GREAT choice tho, and I loved that it was specified "ULTIMATE" Captain America. It could have gone either way, I actually voted to close to call, but I'm happy for Deathstroke. I'm posative that if it was 616 Captain America, Cap would have won, and that's because there is just not enough people who just how bad ass Ult. Cap really is. I never read any Avenger books, but I was an X-Men freak. After Morrison started writing X-Men, which I was so excited for since my reading his run on JLA actually got me into DC books, I was dissapointed with his take on the X-Men. My comic store owner recommended Ult. X-Men by Mark Millar which I fell in love with. I picked up the "Ultimates" vol. 1 trade only because Millar wrote that as well. I liked it more then the Ult X and that was my dive into the Avengers from the 616. I always thought of Cap as being just like Superman in a sense. He was the ultimate boy scout. Then I saw him actually written the way he should be. He never lost that ultimate boyscout take on him, but Millar reminded everyone that Cap is also a soldier and soldiers kills. Ult Cap used grenades, guns etc, and wasn't afraid to kill the enemy when needed. The end of Millars run on the Ultimates vol. 3 where he's fighting what I thought was the Ultimate Comics version of the Red Skull, a Muslim counter part who was the only person other then Cap to successfully accept the super soldier serum. Right before Abdul (he doesn't use names) just got his ass beat buy Cap, but was about to cut Caps head off while his soldiers were holding Cap down, Hawkeye and Hulk combined a perfect throw with Caps shield (to far for Hawkeye, but Hulks strenght helped) cut off Abduls hands. Sitting there beaten and missing his hands Abdul says something to Cap like "Here's your chance to end this with another John Wayne quip" and Cap just stabs Abdul in the chest with Abduls own lightsabre, that Abdul was using for a weapon and stands over him and says "No jokes Abdul". Abdul was beaten and without hands. Cap didn't even need to kill him he was just that pissed off. That page right there really seperates 616 Cap and Ult. Cap. That and when the Ult. Skrull tells Cap to "surrender" and Cap asks him "What? You think this letter on my head stands for France?""

Okay, you made it obvious now, thanks. Bet it's not Beast anymore since Beast wouldn't stand a chance.

Zut et rezut DS won this too bad normally Ult Cap should have beaten him without difficulty but people here are not truly aware of the ultimate universe too bad.

Please Deathstrokin' it is the the villain of the the Super Friends side kicks, not even the JLA but the kids! He isn't even able to sustain his own title after they gave him Hawkgirls' all powerful Nth Metal party armor. Deathstrokin' it doesn't even rate a fight with Cap, Bucky maybe.

I knew Deathstroke was going to win. If it was the real Captain America and not the lame Ultimate version, then things would get tough. But this was no contest.

If it is Hulk vs Arkillo, how is that a contest?

I may be wrong, but if Arkillo can create energy constructs like a GL, then he can just enclose hulk and deprive him of oxygen, or catapult him into space...or whatever. Constructs vs strength isn't even a fair match.
