Comic Tracking Application?

Hi, all.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but a cursory search didn't yield any results.

Does anyone know of an application or website to track releases of selected comics/artists?

What I mean by this is, I'd like to be notified via RSS or Email or app when a new comic with a character, by an artist, or in a series is released.

For example, I could select "character" and put "Peter Parker" or "Batman" and it would alert me when there is a new comic released with either of those terms in it. Or I could simply choose to follow "Amazing Spider-man" and it would notify me when the new issue is released.

Added awesomeness would be the ability to maintain a "Read/Owned" checklist.

And the final bonus would be a Windows Phone application.

If anyone has any ideas where I could find a service like this, please let me know; I'm very overwhelmed by what I want to read and tend to lose track.
