Comic name anyone??

Hi guys and girls,,just wondering if anyone can help me on an old comic from the 90's,i think but not 100% it was done by image comics...all i can remember is this red type cross on his chest I think. It was a heaven/hell story line..didnt run a whole long time.. help???
