@zombietag: They're pretty awesome. I couldn't add all my pictures before, don't know why something just went bananas, but now you can see the entirety of my collection!
I'd post my collection but it's puny. I have almost half a long box filled and twenty-something volumes of NARUTO (Watched the anime from beginning and began reading on vol.33).
@zombietag: Very nice setup and neat idea for a thread.
@FullmetalChobit: Nice! I cheered when I saw Battle Royale.I read the entire run for free thanks to my local library and was pleasantly surprised at the depth of the series. That first bookend is pretty sweet too.
@Jolt92: I like how organized yours is.
I'll post some of mine eventually but it's nowhere near as organized and pretty as the ones pictured so far.
@Queso6p4: Battle Royale is the best! The film, manga and novel are all fantastic and so graphic. These 'Ultimate Editions' were hard to get a hold of but I just had to have them, the artwork is horrific and grim. The Japanese are definitely the masters of horror.
My library's manga and graphic novel section are pretty impressive, thank godness for libraries!
Oh, I want to see what everyone else's collection looks like now, I'm keeping an eye on this thread *thumbs up*
@sagejonathan: There's no shame to be had. There are folks who own tens of thousands so compared to them, all of our collections combined are puny compared to theirs.
@gravitypress: Bring on the pictures!
@FullmetalChobit: Yeah, I'm always torn on which editions of books to buy when I do buy trades and the like as I don't buy them all that often. I saw the Battle Royale movie almost seven years before I cracked open the manga so it was an interesting experience. I've been able to catch up on so much thanks to the library. I'm so f'in glad they're around.
I have one more pic to add to these so I'll do that some time this weekend. I'm in the process of changing all my bags to Mylars so that means less space in the boxes than before. Oh well, it'll be worth it every 5-7 years when I don't "have" to change bags, I suppose.
@FullmetalChobit: We have a spare room that serves as the junk/comics/guest room. All of my trades are in the bedroom, though. I definitely plan on investing in trades of past stories and what have you as they're a pretty good deal and seem to be easier to get than individual issues.
@Queso6p4: That's what I need: a spare room! Trades are easier to get hold of anyways, I actually quite like the Chronicles that DC does, then you get the origin stories with all the cheesy old artwork :)

thaaaats a lot of comics. what kinda stuff is in those boxes?
@zombietag: I'm still waiting for the picture of the 12 long boxes in the attic. They're full of single issues. I have to get a clearer picture of my trades, SW novels, and the like.
@Queso6p4: I moved...a few times, less room to store them so they all stacked with other boxes :/ except the ones I have out for comicvine purposes......and new issues.
@Donovan Montgomery: Ok. Understood. Moving can wreak havoc on lots of stuff, especially comics. Is it safe to assume the ones for comicvine purposes are for review purposes?
@johnkmccubbin91: Seems like you're the king of trades, thus far.
I wish I had an awesome shelves like you guys, I have tons of hard covers and trades and their all just stacked in the floor. My issue collection is lacking and is mostly newer stuff. I'll post pics tomorrow when my new xmen omnibus gets here.

I get a lot of good deals like I got the entire Robin series for just £60 (about $93) for 183 issues plus I used to buy a trade about once a month and at one point once a week. I mainly get just comics now and trades like DC Earth One's and Marvel Season One's. I will try and get pics of my boxes as I have 14 normal sized and 1 long box most full.

I just got a copy of these recently after looking for a few years a brilliant read and really one of the best early Punisher stories. The only Punisher series I dont own is the really long one after this and the smaller one after that. Plus great pics man and love the Jay and Silent Bob one
