All good bro, I just get hung up on technicalities. Part of my job eh. So is there a definitive rule now? What has been the majority vote? For me it's all in the title. "Comic Book TV Character Popularity Contest" implies this is only about TV Charaters, so to count they're movie appearances would be in conflict with its purpose. The Flash/Arrow crossover happened on TV so it's all gravy. if it comes up again you may just wanna say "F it, this is the rule going forward". I swear I won't be a dick about this anymore. :p
