Comic Book Question of the Week VOTING: What Do You Want Batman to Look Like In 'Batman vs. Superman?'

Batman Arkham Origins for me,it's grey but it still looks realistic.

rumor is that it will be based on a Jim Lee design but I'm hoping Origins or something hightech.

Actually Batman Inc. costume will be badass.

While I have a soft spot for how gorgeous the Batsuit is in Noel, I'd have to say I don't think it would work for a movie. Same goes for Neal Adams (my overall favorite) , so I'd have to go for Origins.

I'm so divided.I want the Year One suit,the Inc. one or the pre-52 Lee one.

I do think Lee Bermejo's look would work.

As awesome at it would be, I don't think there's any chance of Azrael's batsuit :( Origins or Noel would work nicely

Something more along the lines of Arkham Origins probably. I would like to see more use of blues and greys. Maybe red if used right.

But the Arkham Origins suit isn't completely black.

The Arkham City suit is great, but the underwear on the outside is never going to look stylish in a live-action movie.

I voted for the New 52 design. I'd like to see the grey and black suit on the big screen.

I'm betting a dark gray with muted dark blue accents and maybe some gold. Look at what Superman's suit was like and apply those concepts to Batman. That's my educated guess anyway.

Pre-52 Jim Lee costume on screen would be a dream come true.

id like to see a cross of the Dark Knight Rises armor with the alternate reality suit from Injustice. make it a little more like armor if hes fighting Superman

Absolutely. Would love to see Batman's New 52 costume show up.

My top choice would be the Arkham Origins suit though, then the New 52 suit, followed by pre-New 52 Jim Lee's suit.

The New 52 one is best.

I'm also cool with the yellow and black circle symbol being on the suit.

I know it wouldn't be the Arkham Origins type of suit, that'd be pretty silly.

Probably more a cross between the Noel suit and New 52 suit. Either way it'll be grey and black so it'll be perfect.

How come Matt Damon wasn't one of the choices?

Batman Inc. It's the perfect blend of old and new, and I've always had a soft spot for the yellow/glowing Bat-symbol.

It's very similar to the Batman Inc. suit, which is an option. Maybe the OP just wanted to roll those together?

Totally agree that I'd like to see a less armored look. Let him be the ninja detective we know and love, no more urban commando.

I want Dark Knight Returns but not the one that's pictured!

New 52, Arkham Origins, or Batman Inc would all be great. I hope they go with something a little closer to the comics as well as something that will allow for more fluid action. The Dark Knight Trilogy is a masterpiece in comic book cinema (my opinion obviously) but the only thing it was lacking is the hand to hand action.

The Arkham series suit is by far the best for a Batman that legitimately has to go out on the street and beat up thugs all night. It should be military-looking protective gear with high tech looking gauntlets and belt.

I voted for Arkham Origins. When I played the game, I couldn't help but think that the costume would work perfectly for a movie.

@fodigg: In real life, it would look like a pajama. Maybe a combination of that and the Arkham Origin's one?

I think Bermejo's design does the best job of splitting the difference between the armored look of the recent movies and the traditional black and grey comic suit. The Earth One or Batman Inc suit would be rad too. I want the return of the yellow oval!
