Comic Book Question of the Week VOTING: Favorite Event in 2013

This needs more votes but zero year im lovin this story arc and some of the tie in

Year Zero could conceivably win for 2013 and 2014 if it concludes awesomely.

Only two I haven't read yet listed are City Fall and Deadpool, I guess I should go check them out

Yay! Forever Evil made a comeback!

My top 3 are Villains month, Forever Evil, and Death of the Family. Personally, Villains month so far has beat Forever Evil, but that could change in the end. But Death of the Family to me takes the cake. 2nd best Joker story ever, behind Killing Joke. Age of Ultron though... seriously people? Why would you ever!

How does Deadpool: The Good, the bad, and the Ugly count as an event? It was just a story arc.

I haven't read any...but Forever Evil seems like the coolest concept so that.

Harbinger Wars gets my vote. I thought Infinity was going to surpass it but the excessive dues ex machina to resolve conflicts keeps it just below the first Valiant event in my book.

I love that HW didn't follow the traditional formula of a group fighting each other until they unite against a common enemy. It was three factions against each other the whole way through. It also didn't wrap up with a nice bow like a lot of stories which was also refreshing to see. Very pleased with what I saw from Valiant last year.

ps. Can I just jump into TMNT at City Fall or should I start earlier.

Voted Harbinger Wars because it's the only one I read, and hardly, since the only book involving it that I read was Bloodshot. Nevertheless, it was awesome. Bloodshot kicked serious rear end in it.

Transformers More than Meets the Eye's Remain in Light

Definitely has to be Death of the Family, I remember the Wednesday that DotF's Batman #17 came out, I bought a digital copy (my first ever digital comic, because I usually get floppies). My friend (who reads my comics) and I spent a good few weeks debating and arguing how that ending came out.

While we read #17, when we hit THAT page with the big reveal, we flipped.

Needless to say, I voted for Battle of the Atom (lol jokes, obviously DotF).

Forever Evil.

Screw this boring event where absolutely nothing happened and nothing was ever explained!

City Fall for me, by a long way. Whilst infinity was generally good, I didn't keep trying to turn the next page, and realise that there was just the back cover... All New Avengers was the stand out book, but most others didn't matter to me too much. City Fall was exciting and surprising, and that was just dark Leonardo! The less said about Age of Ultron the better... but we did get a Doombot out of it though!

I chose Trinity War because it is one of my favorite events. However, I think I would have enjoyed it more if DC kept the crime syndicate a secret.

Voted Batman DOTF, mainly because it was featuring the Joker AND it was really well conceived.

Trinity War, Forever Evil etc... don't really intrigue me...

I voted Trinity War, but it was a toss uo between that and Battle of the Atom

The closest I came to reading any of these was through New Avengers but I departed just as it began. I'm suprised about just how many events there actually were though.

Come to think of it, I'll add Death of the Family along with Trinity War as my favourite events of 2013, don't see the hate behind Death of the Family, thought it was very well written and did a great service to the Joker.

Age of Ultron slam dunks the rest of the other events for worst event of the year.

I went with Infinity, but yes Harbringer Wars and City Fall do deserve huge credits as well.

Looks like Infinity made a come back.

Since I have read to few of this years event I will not vote.

Maybe you shouldn't vote then? If you haven't read at least a good part of the stories it seems weird to vote.

You could argue that Harbringer wars a better story then since it needed more to impress you with (In your opinion) less interesting characters.
