Actually to think of it, joker is what batman wants to be the low life criminal in his city. We know nothing about the joker... we know hes human, but still something unpredictable.

Otherwise i would mention Necron and BlackHand from blackest night series. I mean c'mon! They deserve a mention

Look at what Professor Pyg did to these people: he made a flesh mask over these people's faces which they can never take off..... that's severely messed up.

Joker for his unpredictability. The majority of the others, you can predict their usual behavior, even Carnage, who will more or less just kill you and maybe torture you a bit. Joker...well he will reeeeeally get in your head, just ask Jason Todd when he died. Making your mother betray you, then beating you nearly to death with a crowbar, and finally blowing you up, that is just twisted, and that was mainly to mess with Batman. The Killing Joke also is a good reason why I picked him.

I voted for other, and my vote goes to yellow lantern Kryb. I've always thought she was super creepy. I mean she goes after green lanterns expecting a baby, steals said baby, and stores hit in a gross cage on her back. She is the scariest to me. Plus she looks like this.

It's a deranged psychopathic killer worst than joker equipped with a deadly alien symbiote. He doesn't have any world domination plans or a political agenda..his only goal literally is to KILL people, man woman or child in the most heinous ways he can think of.

That is just down right scary.

Surely his character was inspired by slasher flicks.

I voted for Carnage cause the moment he finds you in some kind of dark alley or something it means you are dead.Joker was a tempting vote but I believe since Joker has intelligence he might not only be interested in killing you but to also make fun of you.Carnage is sure to to try and massacre you.
