Chew Force?

Hello there! Seeing as I have seen many allusions to a 'Chew Force' Batman, I thought I would ask what he is. Hopefully I can get an answer without getting too much crap for my lack of knowledge...

He is the very idea that using prep Batman can beat enemies much above his power level

based on a former viner usually called WenJunChew or other variations of that name

Chew Force is named after a poster who thought Batman was unbeatable. So Chew Force is a trump card--better than LoebForce.
