I'm not excited for either but I have a feeling AKA Jessica Jones will be the superior show.

I know very little about Jessica Jones.

Definitely more excited for supergirl but I'll give both a shot. Love the purple man

lol!!!!! Jessica will actully matter. Supergirl will be more cheap tween tripe. after both shows are released people will look back at this with laughter.

@dagmar_merrill: dont even pay em no attention. They already know JJ is gonna be not just better than SG but one of the best cbtv shows period. On a site like this SG is just immensly more popular and shes related to big blue.

Kara has a soft in my heart so I already sound biased, but when I found out who Jimmy Olsen was (don't get me wrong but like..).. I think I'm shifting to waiting till both shows air..

How i am going to know since i havent see them playing the characters?

I like Supergirl but Jessica Jones is the ideal show.

Not a fair comparison when Supergirl only has 5 episodes compared to Jones's 13. Wait till Supergirl's has a full season under it's belt then compare.

Neither. I watched the first few episodes of both shows and nether one appealed to me.

Jessica Jones. While not totally perfect, it's much better than Supergirl.

I refuse to watch DC's shows. I think they do more harm than good. That and Jessica Jones breaks so much ground it's ridiculous to compare.

If you want something light, watch Supergirl. If you want something more dark and realistic and interesting, watch Jessica Jones. I prefer Jessica Jones, I still like Kara Zor-El tho.

They really aren't comparible at all. Other than having female leads there is no similarities between the shows.

It's hilarious how some people voted Supergirl when it is now probably the worst live-action superhero shows currently airing.

Supergirl should do a crossover with The Flash and/or Arrow. the only problem is that Supergirl airs on CBS and The Flash and Arrow both air on CW. I don't know if a team-up with one or more of those shows and Supergirl is possible

I mean sorta, but the type of people who will like one probably aren't the type that will enjoy the other. Jessica Jones vs Daredevil or Arrow would be a much better comparable since they attempt to appeal to similar audiences.

I don't give a crap about JJ. I've watched Supergirl. It's a good show, Melissa is sexy, and the special effects are awesome, good stories so far.

It's funny though that these R rated Netflix shows keep getting compared to the PG shows on tv. Apples and oranges really.

I've watched about nine episodes and five of Supergirl. I voted both but I'm definitely enjoying Supergirl more so far.

JJ feels like a slog to watch at times. Saving grace is that any scene with Kilgrav is usually interesting. I don't think its a decent show but similar to Daredevil, I think it would have been better at 10 episodes instead of 13.

Supergirl, for me, is pretty fun show to watch. It's got a good lead, good special effects and I don't find myself bored with it.
