Captain America vs Master Chief

As you might know, batinthesun made a fight on YouTube featuring these two in a fight to the death. Cap recieved 54% and MC recieved 46%. And in the comments people were saying MC fell from space, took on whole Covenant by himself and he could easily kill Cap. Let's settle this, who would win? If you haven't watched the video I'd advise if you did but it's optional. Ok so MC has rifle and sticky grenades w/shields activated and Cap has shield and pistol w/ 2-3 clips. They both know what each other is capable of.
