Captain America: Superhuman or not?

I know cao is a super soldier, a peak human, but some people say his physicals are superhuman. I would like to know how fast, strong and agile he is. Thanks.

@alfacess: superhuman. He's superior to normal humans and peak humans, which is granted with the Super Soldier Syrum. That is all and there is no other debate necessary

I honestly don't get how people think Cap is not superhuman. He can see bullets and run at 78 kph. When was the last time a normal person, even by comic standards, could even come close to that?

He is superhuman, but he could also be classified as enhanced human. His stats are slightly above peak.

He's Superhuman, certainly, he's above peak human, technically he's Peak Human Potential, but they just don't wanna call him Superhuman.

If anything would support the superhuman argument it would be the fact that the SSS keeps his stamina above the human norm

As for Spider-Man, I don't know.

I think most people see him as a jumper not a runner which explains why artists never bother to show him run anywhere. But if Cap is a faster runner then it could be that Cap can run faster than Spidey because Cap is perfectly utilizing his human form while Spidey is like a human/spider hybrid, at least in terms of muscle development, so he is more adapt at leaping rather than running. That's just my take on it though.

Captain america is simply enhanced to the peak of human potential. That's not the same as a peak human though

@i_am_lightning: Motorcycles only weigh between 600-900 pounds. Peak humans like batman have lifted way more than that

@i_am_lightning: I've seen the trailer, I'm not sure what showing me it in a gif proves. Batman swung around a 600 pound man before. He's even stopped a moving truck by shooting his grapple hook into it and pulling it backwards.

Lol if You start to question it like that, then how spiderman can be spiderman... If You start to qustion things like that it will all fall apart...

Its simple, he can run that fast because creator made him run that fast :)

And Yes I agree he is superhuman, both in real life and in comic. He exceeds peak human by a wide margin.
