Cap vs Bats: Who's a better bullet dodger?

Who better at dodging bullets, from what you've seen, from all kinds of guns?

Bats I guess because Cap can just block it with his shield

Bruce, simply because cap is used to smacking bullets away with his shield

Cap can actually see the path of bullets in the air and it looks slower to him than normal humans. He's better based on that alone.

Ozmyandias beats them both. He doesnt need to dodge bullets he just catches them. Some how.

Cap dodged a point blank bullet when the gun was straight on his head, plus he was in a training room bouncing around like it was nothing. He "sees things slower," so i wouldn't doubt he is faster.
