• Morlun: No. Anyone who can curbstomp the hell out of Spider-man and tank all of Wakanada's defenses for tuh lolz is not street level.
• Juggernaut: LOL no!
• Colossus: Depends on the incarnation some debatably could be but i'd say no.
• Psylocke: Without her TP yes with it no.
• Cyclops: Yes unless he's bloodlusted.
• Mystique: Yep
• Cheetah (Barbara Minerva): Hell no. She's Wonder Woman level.

How about Archangel, Nightcrawler, Killer Croc?

I agree with this except with Psylocke. Everything prior to AoA Jean unlocking her potential, I'd consider street level, TP and all. After that then her TP would have to be disabled.

@hyperbertha: IMO yes all of them can be considered street level. The best way to define street level is ask youself "can this person easily beat Spider-man?" If the answer is yes then that character isn't streel level as Spider-man is a high-tier street level and anyone who can beat him with minimal difficulty is above street level.

You're right except for Killer Croc. He's below-street level. He's under-the-street-level. He's sewers-level. He's inner-crust-of-the-Earth level.

What constitutes street level is highly subjective and this is just my opinion

Venom - Yes

Carnage - Borderline

Scorpion - Yes

Doc Ock - Yes

Lady Deathstrike - Yes

Forge - No real answer to this. It depends.

Cable - Depends on what powers he has at the time.

Fantomex - Yes, but he's hax.

Carnage is generally portrayed as superior to Venom. As @strider92 said Spider-man makes a good measuring stick for street level since he is usually considered the top or near the top for street levelers. Venom is superior to Spider-man but not to such a margin that it's a hopeless fight. Carnage, without prep or back-up of some kind is usually portrayed as being a hopeless fight for Spidey.

Carnage is mid-tier, he's peckerslapped Peter and Eddie around 2v1 several times. Agent Venom is the highest end of street or low end mid tier, pretty much like Spider-Man and Scarlet Spider. Scorpion and Rhino are mid tier. Not sure about Cable and Fantomex. Doc Ock is street.

I agree with this. Fantomex is interesting, in damage ouput, durability and speed he isn't all that powerful, low-mid street level. His misdirection though puts him at near the top of the street level pile or near the bottom of mid-tier.

What version of Cable? If you mean classic X-Force "I can barely pick up a wrench" Cable then yea he's street. Anything else is well above.
