Can MCU Vision regenerate lost limbs? (READ OP)

Since he has the power to generate synthetic cells(as shown when he created his cape, gloves, some external details and changed his color pallete), if he lost, say, an arm or a leg, could he make a new one?
I mean, he litteraly created that cape out of nowhere, it's not that much of a stretch.

I don´t think he can get a limb cut off, he´s made of damn vibranium, the same vibranium Cap´s shield is made of.

I don't see why not. He made a cape from nothing, as well as changing his body from pinkish purple to the dark green color.

Vibranium has already shown to not be indestructible in MCU.

I'd say it would either not be vibranium or he was just moving his cells around when he made the cape.

This is actually an interesting question, especially when you bring up the point about the cape. But we don't know as the film didn't like explaining anything and felt Vision's abilities was one of those things.

Final form Ultron wasn´t completely Vibranium, hence why he got damaged, Cap´s shield and Vision´s body are completely made of Vibranium, and nothing has damaged the shield.

When was that stated or shown? Obviously his face would be Vibranium, & it was damaged.

I don´t remember exactly, but I remember it being mentioned.

Anyway, what really damaged Ultron was Vision who has the mind stone, which according to Thor is the most powerful stone..........nothing has damaged vibranium, not Thor, not Iron Man, not anything, the only thing that seemed to do something was Vision.

We'll probably find out after Thanos rips that Mind Stone/Gem out of his head... gonna need some kind of regenerative abilities after going through that.

I really don't understand why people keep thinking Ultron's finally body was made of Vibranium... Because it wasn't.

The only body he created with Vibranium was the same body that ultimately became Vision, the rest of the Vibranium Ultron stole was used to build the drill that lifted the city into the sky. Never was it stated that his finally body was made of Vibranium, the only comment even made about the last body was when Iron Man made a joke about Ultron bulking up.
