Can Magneto Manipulate Archangel's wings?

I'd give it a yes, if not for the metal alloy, then for the electromagnetic force surrounding it.

Since Archangel could be considered amped by Apocalypse's abilities i'd say they consist of the same material, of which you should consider the following.
