Can Flash Vibrate Through Green Lantern's Constructs

Hey guys, I was recently reading a flash comic book (new 52), and I remembered that he could use his speed to vibrate through objects. I also remember that a Green Lantern's constructs are virtually unbreakable (save for the time when superman broke Hal Jordan's). Does this mean that Flash can vibrate through Green Lantern's constructs?
