I would figure that the solar energy inside of Superman would pretty much negate any vampiric control or attack against him unless it was an entirely magic-based attack.

Kinda sorta: The solar energy doesn't provide any defense against vampiric mind control, but if they try to bite him (and manage to break his skin) the solar energy pumping through his veins will fry 'em like the sun itself.

Their teeth will not break his skin unless he's magical or something. But assuming he does, yes. Clark's telepathic defense has been very poor so far.
