Has Adamantium been broken by anything or anyone who wasn't TOAA or The Presence? If not, then there's no telling, considering the nature of the material. If so, then I would say that it might be within his capability, but then, he's been cosmically appointed as the God in charge of destroying things to make way for the new, so it's not that big of a deal considering his station.
