Black Bolt is vastly more powerful than Vulcan, especially since Vulcan has BASE-HUMAN DURABILITY. One whisper from Black Bolt and the fight should have ended. ****ing DnA >_>
You can tell by my name I'm a Bolt fan, but I assure you I'm not a fanboy (I admit to the characters that I'm a fanboy of, BB isn't one), but that fight was ridiculous. Seriously, if Black Bolt screamed (like he did in that scan), worlds would be decimated.
@FadeToBlackBolt: Yeah, as awesome of a moment as it was, it was slightly disappointing, even more so to find out Vulcan survived. I always felt that over the years and all the issues Black Bolt appeared in, it was a rare moment where he ever made a sound, let alone screamed out like this. I feel like if he is going to scream, we deserve to see some incredible damage and destruction for our patience.
I really thought he was on the verge of a return until they cancelled Nova and GotG.
@jloneblackheart: It really was a huge let down. Black Bolt's voice is his main gun, and for a guy that's been called the third most powerful on Earth behind the Sentry and the Surfer; that was really weak.
He's coming back in Future Foundation, but I'm not sure of the circumstances. He's the solicit image;
the blog is about how marvel is getting rid of their powerful people, not about the battle between black bolt and vulcan. if the headline through you off i'm sorry.
