Don't bite my damn head off if this already exist because I didn't see it. This isn't a battle. Both of them are supposed to be the fastest in their universe, but who's faster? Who has better reaction time?
I saw their best reaction feats not too long ago and the difference was 1000, Flash's best reaction feat was 1,000 times faster than flash. I have no idea where i can find that thread again though.

Your BS is your initial comment "even his reaction time is not that great." that is the BS, why dont you pay attention. Me talking about you not reading any pre 52 was just another example of you not knowing what you are talking about and again in this situation you clearly do not know what you are talking about.
