Better Final Battle? Guardians Of The Galaxy Or Avengers?

Avengers. It was great to see all of these individual heroes finally interacting with each other and playing off of one another. Each avenger got a chance to shine and distinguish themselves.

Avengers

Avengers. GotG actually was just a generic space fight, and that hold hands, kumbaya thing at the end was cheddar cheesy.

My jaw dropped watching the final fight in Avengers. Although I did enjoy Guardians more as a whole, the fight at the end was pretty generic as far as space battles go.

Avengers of course.

Avengers. However, I liked GotG much more than Avengers.

Guardians. I haven't loved a final battle as much as that since Return of the Jedi.

GOTG ending was great, but watching the Avengers assemble as the camera encircled them was iconic imo.

Actually it would have been even more cheesy if it had been done by the "norm" I.E "yeah, yeah, I'm the greatest blah blah -*boom* goes the hammer -for some reason planet doesn't detonate despite the gem falling on the ground unattended like its previously being stated to do... and heroes get an all out fist cuffs with Ronan who after about five min. of intense 5 vs 1 tag fight gets his ass handed to him.

I think Avengers was better in this regard as it was pretty much building for this type of encounter to be the finale, it was what the plot demanded and what the audience wanted.

I was actually a bit dreading to see some lame-ass fight sequence; seen about a hundred times already, at the end of GOTG but luckily Gunn had figured at least a bit of variation from the usually formulaic end scene.
