Imo, Bane was by far more powerful, smart and fear-inspiring villain. Loki was like a child with awesome powers.

yup my vote made then tie
Hiddleston as Loki for me. As much as I enjoyed TDKR, Bane was mostly a one dimensional plot device. I felt like Tom Hardy did the best he could with what he had, and that the character is anywhere near as good as he is is impressive, but for my money, Hiddleston (and Hemsworth as Thor for that matter) absolutely owns his role. Hardy was too concerned with being different for the character to feel like much more than a mask and a voice.
Bane easily for me. Just forget the ending and where it was revealed that he was under Talia's control and he's one of the best film villains ever.
Lena Headey by default. Bane, Loki and the Lizard were, ultimately, revealed to be pawns of a bigger villain, which kind of sucks the wind out of all of them. Mark Strong barely has any screen time in John Carter.
of course bane. though, he was very different then his comic counterpart, hardy was amazing as bane.
How can anyone vote for Loki? He is supposed to be the Trickster GOD and what his grand plot? "I opened a portal for some aliens...." Wow what a godly complex plot, who could ever unweave such treachery?
Lena heady was the most evil on this list. Killing entire families to get at one judge
Rhys Ifans did a great job ( as usual ) as Conners, but the Lizard was a computer performance
Loki was present
Bane was grand
I can't decide between Loki and Bane. Hiddleston was ever so deviant in his role, like he truly enjoyed being evil, but something about Hardy's portrayal put him on the same level. The subtle mannerisms and voice fluctuations and the blunt way he went around doing things. I've seriously never seen a face that covered up be that expressive. xD I'll have to sit on my vote until one of their performances sways me having reviewed these movies again..
Loki and Bane. But Loki gets a one up because Bane turns out to be just a pawn to a girl (yet again). Even though Loki gets beaten up easy, he was still his own man till the end.

Excuse me? Loki the guy who answered to some random alien pawn who answered to Thanos is his own man?
And I noticed that the real problem comes from Bane being a woman's right hand,if it was Penguin,Black Mask etc I doubt there would be similar comments.@DarklyDreamingDeadpool said:

Um no,he was the exact replica of his comicbook counterpart.
I say Bane, I loved it that he broke batman's back just like in the comics. I enjoyed Loki in the Marvel Movieverse. I also say Bane is the best villain the Live action DC movies and Loki is the best villain in the Live action Marvel Movies.
Whoever voted for anyone other than Bane...well, I guess you'll just have to imagine the fire. It would be extremely painful.

i meant he looks different and didn't use venom. but acts exactly like the comic bane.
You know when I go back and watch Avengers I can't help but treat Thanos as the villain of the first movie. The ending really made the Avengers a perfect Marvel super hero movie for me and thinking of Loki as the villain is hard to swallow in retrospect. I gave my vote to Loki nonetheless since it was somewhat faithful to the origins of this team fighting him in the old comics. I'm probably one of the few people that hoped no more movies would be made after such a masterful production. While I realize it made too much money for Hollywood to ignore there's no way they can surpass what Joss Whedon has done with this amazing franchise.

The gas served the same purpose as venom did in the original stories,it eliminated pain and it led to Bane's defeat, both of which are true to the source material.@jesse10022 said:
Loki > bane by far, what is wrong with these fanboys?
Or maybe they just have different preferences.
