Best superheros or the worst?

Welcome, I'm here to give you the inside scoop on the best and worst superheros

Now, this week is all about family. It's Barry Allen versus Wally West. It's the flashes II & III. For Barry Allen, he's a living legend. He's never been rude or disrespectful. He just gets the job done. For wally west, he's a little more immature. He does try to be like Barry but just with a twist to it. But, here's my decision. I can't believe I'm about to say this. It's Both! they are both hard workers and get the job done so it's both. So, Next week is ALL Storm from X-Men and Green Lantern .... HAL JORDAN! So, next week don't miss it

I'm gonna defend Barry here, but it really is hard to chose. They both are great in their own rights, but I'm really like the new 52 right now, and while I think Wally may be a bit more action-y I really enjoy Barry.

They can't both be the best.

Imagine you take the 'quality' of both characters and add them together. That's the entirely of the quality involved in this exercise, so its 100%.

Now for one to be 'better' they must have more quality then the other. So this is about which one has a larger portion of that 100%.

So if Barry were to win he would need 51%, and Wally would have 49%. (I'm removing decimal places for the sake of conveyance, they make no difference here.)

If Wally were to win, he would need 51%, and Barry would have 49%.

Basically one must have more then the other to he considered the best.

Lets say we run this test enough times to get all possible outcomes.

Barry is equal to or greater then 51%. He's better.

Wally is equal to or greater then 51%. He's better.

Both Wally and Barry are equal to 50%. Neither is better.

So one can be better then the other. Or neither can be better.

But they can't both be better.
