Best Superheros or the worst?

Welcome, I'm here to give you the inside scoop on the good and bad on superheros!

Now, this week it is an all out battle between batman and superman. superman, is the kindest person in the world. But, in blackest night, we saw a different side of this inspirational hero. Now batman, he's a man with no fear [Not like Daredevil]. he is in between hero and villain. just like superman , when he was dead he became a monster. so who's the best? well, to me i think it's superman. it's because, he still a great guy, while batman is the worst. next week, it's Daredevil and Nightcrawler. see you next week!

The Batman from Blackest Night wasn't Batman.

As much as I ADORE Batman as a character. Superman is the heroic Icon. (Pre 52)he's what people should aspire to be. I prefer to READ about Batman, because he's more "human", but even weakened, poisoned by Kryptonite, depowered, Superman's heroism isn't based on his power. Pardon me for getting a little idealistic, but there you have it. ::grins:: Wait til you hear my Nightcrawler rant.

In Batman Beyond we see that's not true. Gotham is a lot better off in the long run with Batman than Metropolis was with Superman.

Still doesn't change the fact that the overwhelming majority of people in Western society support Batman over Superman.

Just go to Youtube. Almost 95% of comments on Justice League related cartoons support Batman and basically insult Superman.

Are you speaking of the television show or comic? cause in the show, the streets of Gotham were just as bad, and speaking of the here and now (in comics) Superman lowered Metropolis' crime rate by a higher percent than Batman did for Gotham

Until Superman left. While petty crime came back we never really saw organized crime families come back in Gotham. The Jokerz weren't taken seriously by anyone. The largest threat to Gotham was a CEO that became irritated. Unlike how it was originally when Batman started where each Supervillian had a small piece of Gotham carved out for himself.

Never said Superman was more popular than Batman (although I think if you go outside of America, he is) I simply state Superman in the comics is a more effective, and inspirational, thus, a better hero, than Batman

Sorry I think the answer is No, at least in the place I live, like there's no DC comics, people just know superheros by his movies..... yeah that explains all.

Yes and for me he is the best there can be.Sometimes you don't need to be so kind like Sups to complete your goal or whatever you are doing.

Superman for me.

Batman's one of the greatest, most famous fictional characters ever created. But Superman is Superman. No comic character is more famous than him.

I think "who is the better crime-fighter" would be a better question.

superman has super powers how ever you look at it batman is just a mortal
