Unfortunately... deadpool doesn't wear skirt in a regular basis... unlike the other girls mentioned... so we can just give him the most probable..best IT wearing a mini skirt..

I'm a Aspen Comic Freak so the 2 that stand out to me are

Mary or Supergirl... really depends on which has the sexier fan art lol.
