Best DC Villain

Overall Sinestro and Black Adam, but I voted Captain Cold. It might be an unpopular opinion, but I think he is really underappreciated.

Why is Captain Cold and Doomsday on this list, but not Ra's al Ghul? The best version of Doomsday was Jimmy Olsen from All Star, and that wasn't even a villain.

The best three on this list are clearly the Joker, Darkseid, and Lex. The Joker and Lex are more versatile characters because they're so many different iterations of them and they always move on to different things. Darkseid can easily be misused like what Johns did with him in JL Origins. He's not a Doomsday type character that you just fight, he's methodical, and he's at his best when he's a sick bastard messing things up in the background.

Overall? Sinestro in my opinion. Although I think Bane and Deathstroke are up there, and Riddler is a personal favorite.

Black Adam should be in there.

Lex Luthor. Out of all the characters on the list he has had the most character development over the years.

The Joker, easily. He is the representation of comic book villainy in my opinion.

Don't really like some of the other options on the poll like the Anti-Monitor who lacks any sort of meaningful character development.

Sinestro has rocketed up my list recently thanks to GJ and CB.
