Cell and Dr. Gero fuse to become Dr. Cero.
With Cell you get the techniques of Frieza and the Z Fighters all in one, incredible regenerative abilities plus the saiyan zenkai boost for infinite power growth, and the ability to absorb DNA from enemies to get their powers. Already an amazing creature.
Then you add Dr. Gero and you get the ability to absorb power level directly. This means that even if you already have an opponent's genetic material you can also drain their ki reserves to become more powerful during the fight.
The end result is a super clone with every Pre-Buu Saga technique with immense regeneration that only gets larger ki reserves and more power the longer the fight draws out. Dr. Cero can either take the DNA from an opponent with powers he doesn't already have or steal the power level through physical contact, or both at the same time. He can also simply absorb ki attacks he can't outright survive without worry of overflowing, as the self destruct from overflowing energy can be regenerated from, just making him even stronger than before.
On top of the endlessly growing power level as the enemy slowly grows weaker and immense regeneration, you also get the greatest scientific mind on Earth and the ability to both create new ultimate life forms or to simply enhance yourself in the laboratory.
Dr. Cero would be the perfect organism.
