Ben Affleck Batman Matt Damon Flash?

The Matt Damon as Robin or Nightwing joke has been done to death and it's only been what a day now? Anyway I think Matt Damon would be great casting for a Barry Allen Flash even a Wally West anyone agree or just think I'm another idiot on the #batffleck train (there's no wrong answer)

@binski: I wouldn't consider it. Not only doesn't he have the right look, but it will just become another Affleck/Damon gag.

Personally, even though I LOVE Sons of Anarchy and Hunnam in that role, I haven't seen enough of him in other roles to know if he could pull off a Barry Allen (I don't think he would be a good fit for a more light-hearted Wally so lets not go there)

I mean...when watching Pacific Rim I was like "Oh hey Jax is driving robots instead of motorcycles now..." more than I felt like I was watching an original character. I could have been because of the bad writing, but I dunno. I need to see more from Charlie before I want to see him as the Flash.

No. Ryan Reynolds really can't act and I'm tired of people thinking he can. Granted, Wally West Flash would play to his strengths (joking around in a lighthearted manner) but I don't think he could play the other aspects of Wally's personality that well.

I do agree that he is a good actor I just think he's right for the role of Flash. By the way the Oscar he one was for writing Good Will Hunting shared with Affleck. No doubt a tremendous actor but he didn't actually when his Oscar for acting. Though apparently he'd like to play Aquaman, and that is a role I think he would be great in.
