I hope they don't ruin this movie. The director has supposedly stated "the plot won’t be based on any history of anything already published".

It's supposed to be a Chronicle esque take on the Fantastic Four. That's enough of a bad idea.

Why is there nothing on his costume? It looks like he's wearing a a robe/poncho combo. Why is he missing an arm? Why is he floating? So many questions.

Yeah I don't see why some Superman fans would have been happy if he wrote the New 52 version of Doomsday in the first place. His idea wasn't to my taste at all.

That suit + Cinematography + CGI =Unknown.

I don't think we should draw conclusions to be honest, but it looks fine for a template.

I doubt that's the final product. They'll add CGI just like that Human Torch suit in the second pic

Where's the overflowing green cape or the menacing metallic armour? All I see is a tiny green cloak and a poor attempt at Doom's metal costume.

It's hard to take anything away from a set picture, especially these days. There's obviously going to be a lot of CGI, so I'll give this movie the benefit of the doubt.
