  1. Post a character that can defeat the character above you.
  2. Note: Characters like Spiderman, Iron Fist, Daredevil or anything in their level is forbidden. High tier street leveler are not allow.
  3. What qualifies as a street level character? Peak human. Characters with no enhancement from mutation. Does not possess enhance senses, reflex. Capable only to fight normal crimes, thugs, other human.
  4. You can only post Street Level character to beat the character above you.
