Batman's capability

If Batman were to collect information from the dragon ball universe, Goku and Vegeta. There techniques, speed and power, etc. Also gather information from the androids and there technology. Would batman be able to create a power suit capable of going hand to hand with the Dbz fighters top players like goku and vegeta. Not to beat them but to hold his own against them, even for just a minute.

For a minute? Probably yeah

If he can create a suit that can withstand chi ( very unlikely btw) then sure.

Love Batman but the DBZ characters are just to powerful. He would be able to hold his own against Yamcha I imagine but a Krillin could defeat him i feel.

batman could just train with goku and learn the kamehameha, sky movement and kikoken, spritbomb ect, so as least TN level of power and he fought cell, batman with a robot bat suit ssj1 mabey?
