Batman villains - your best stories.

What are everyone's personal favourite story arcs for each of Batman's main villains?

for example, here are some of mine -

Joker - The story from the end of no man's land, think it was called endgame? where sarah essen gets shot.
Two-Face - Long Halloween
Penguin - Joker's Asylum Penguin #1
Bane - Knightfall (of course, though I quite like Legacy too)
Scarecrow - Legends of The Dark Knight #9 'Dreaming He's A Butterfly'
Ra's Al Ghul - Death And The Maidens
Harley Quinn - Mad Love
Mr. Freeze - Robin: Year One (not the main villain really, but i liked him in this)
Mad Hatter - Madness (legends of the dark knight halloween special)
Hush - ...Hush
Firefly - hardly used, but i really like this character, fave appearance is probs Batgirl: Year One

Riddler, Croc, Clayface, Ventriloquist, Hugo Strange, Poison Ivy are all characters I like but i wouldn't say I had a stand out story of theirs...
(though I love Croc's appearance in Knight of Vengeance)

Haven't included Catwoman as she's not really a batman villain, but my fave of hers is probs When In Rome.

Joker: 1: The Killing Joke and 2: The Man Who Laughs.

Two-Face: Long Halloween, of course!

Bane- Knightfall, a bit dated but still awesome.

Calendar Man- The Long Halloween.

Mad Hatter- The Long Halloween.

Time for a lot of Hush:

Hush- Hush, duh.

Riddler- Hush.

Ra's Al Ghul- Honestly haven't read much of him, so Hush.

Harley Quinn- Hush, because I haven't read Mad Love.

Scarecrow- Honestly haven't read much of him, so Hush or The Long Halloween. I really should read more of him.

Talia Al Ghul- Hush.

Lady Shiva- Hush.

Catwoman- Maybe Hush?

Poison Ivy- Hush.

@rulerofthisuniverse: Hush is probably my favourite Riddler appearance , for such a well known character he really doesn't have many decent stories...

@newkid: Same with Scarecrow. I love both characters so much, but finding stories that stand out with the two is really hard.

Poison Ivy - Batman: Hush.

Harley: Mad Love. I like her series with Ivy and Dr. Quinn's Diagnosis

Bane: Knightfall

Poison Ivy: I would say Hush, I guess. I wish she would be used more. But if we're included animated episodes, "House & Garden" was an amazing episode. Ivy's stories were always the best in BTAS

Catwoman: Hush

Riddler: Hush. haven't seen too much of him. Riddle Me That was a pretty good story. Hopefully he's amazing in Villains Month
