It's a fan comic with good art and bad writing. You can find it free on many cites on the internet and I even think they have a torrent for it on the Pirate Bay. It's really short by the way.

1st. Google it.

2. Its a fanfic free Bat comic with good art accept Batmanlooks ancient, and a story that is awful beyond scope.
